We had the good fortune of connecting with mtp408 and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I’ve gone in more depth/detail in other interviews, but I’m still doing the music thing. I’m a Music Producer, Musical Artist, and a Music Mentor. I enjoy what I do each day and I feel so great. Music is where my heart is. I don’t care if I make one penny or one million, music is something I will forever do. My life always consists of music. Whether I’m teaching somebody how to make beats, providing feedback on songs people created, or making my own music and showing the world what I do on a daily basis, I’m always involved in something musical. I want the world to know that being mtp408 is not easy; I just make it look easy. However, if you would like to strive to be somebody similar to mtp408, I can teach you; but I do charge.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would go to the beach, hangout with my people, and just take some dope photos. Maybe have a little photoshoot up top or something. We would probably go eat some bomb food and call it a day. Maybe go to a few nightclubs and bars as well. It all depends on who I’m with at the particular time.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
