We had the good fortune of connecting with Natalia Amador and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Natalia, other than deciding to work for yourself, what else do you think played a pivotal role in your story?
The single most important decision that contributed to my success was not doing it alone. I spent the first 2 years of entrepreneurship spinning my wheels trying to figure out how to be an entrepreneur and DIY my business. After 2 years of doing that and struggling to get results I finally decided it was time to work with someone who had done what I was trying to do and could teach me. I hired my first coach and got the the results I’d been trying to get for 2 years in 3 months! From there working with coaches or being in groups or masterminds where I could continue to learn and grow became a non-negotiable for me.

What should our readers know about your business?
I have quite the business journey! My very first business was a blog I turned into a digital/print magazine that I sold when I was in my mid 20’s. Then I started a 6-figure creative agency with a partner. From the very first business I had women approaching me asking how I got started because they too had ideas they wanted to pursue but didn’t know how to start. So I started helping them on the side for fun. Before I knew it, I was doing business coaching and was extremely passionate about it! I eventually transitioned full-time into coaching. Then, I got into energy work. I learned how to read energy, the Akashic Records, past lives, do energy healings and more. I started incorporating that into business coaching and was able to do deeper work with my clients which led to even bigger transformation and results! Now my clients get results like: hitting $17k months, closing a 2.3 million dollar deal, Making an $11.5k sale over the weekend and not to mention the shift in their personal lives and the confidence they develop in themselves. Their accomplishments are my pride and joy!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
We would start by grabbing breakfast at Republique, followed by a musuem visit to LACMA. From there we would grab lunch at Grand Central Market and then make the drive out to my favorite beach, Laguna beach for a nice walk along the beach, to check out the shops and end with dinner at the Deck.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
The first people that introduced me to entrepreneurship were Marie Forleo and Hilary Rushford. From there I actually signed up to personally work with mentors and coaches including Lacey Sites, Kate Crocco, Jereshia Hawk and am currently working with Taylor Lee and Gina Knox. I’m so grateful for all the mentors and coaches who have made a positive impact in my life!
