We had the good fortune of connecting with Nazim Gomri and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Nazim, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I moved to Los Angeles at a young age, and I took the challenge to start my own pastry business. But let me tell you, it wasn’t easy. I was excited and had lots of ideas, but I faced a lot of bumps along the way. Even when my startup was doing okay, things went south, and a few years later I had to shut it down. That hurt a lot, but I also learned so much from it. Through those tough times, I found strength and learned important lessons.

After that, I shifted from running my own show to helping other businesses (from small to multi-million dollar businesses). With every new project, I learned something new. It wasn’t just about giving advice; I was about growing and learning from each experience too. I came to see the real ups and downs of being a business owner and how important it is to adapt and keep moving forward.

I transformed my passion for entrepreneurship into ‘WTB Consultants.’ This company is built on all those real-life lessons. We truly get what businesses go through because I’ve been there. We’re not just here to give fancy advice; we’re here to share real stories and guide you through the highs and lows of your business journey. When you work with us, we’re in it together, using everything I’ve learned to help you succeed.

What should our readers know about your business?
I’ve always had that entrepreneurial spark. I learned to turn my life lessons into helping other brands become a success of their own. I’ve helped franchises be worth over $7 million and small mom-and-pop shops increase sales. It’s been a ride, and now I’m on a mission to share what I’ve learned. That’s why I started my consulting agency, WTB Consultants (www.wethebestconsultants.com). It’s all about “transforming businesses, one strategy at a time,” especially for entrepreneurs who remind me of my early days.

And here’s a little something I’m excited about – I’m launching a new concept where I’ll share every part of the entrepreneurial journey on my YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/@nazim-talks) and Instagram (@nazim_gomri). My process is real, it’s raw, and if it helps even one person out there to take the leap, then it’s all worth it!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’m a big food lover, and there’s nothing better than visiting local businesses we partner with, tasting their delicious offerings, and celebrating their success. These aren’t just business visits; they’re personal experiences, a way to enjoy and honor the hard work of fellow entrepreneurs. I often take friends along, turning these business visits into memorable outings. Every moment spent, every meal shared, is a reminder of the vibrant community that my business is proud to be a part of here in Los Angeles.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
At WTB Consultants, we believe in treating every client like they’re part of our family. This isn’t just a business mantra but something I learned from my parents. They taught me the importance of respect, care, and integrity. It’s these values that guide how we work with every business, big or small. Every success is celebrated together, and every challenge is faced as a team.

I have a special place in my heart for Los Angeles. I want to express my sincere thanks to every business here that’s put their trust in me and my team. You’ve not just been clients but partners in this incredible journey we’re on. Every project we’ve worked on together, and every challenge we’ve overcome, has made us who we are today.
