Meet Nicolette Sikelianos

We had the good fortune of connecting with Nicolette Sikelianos and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Nicolette, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I started my business, ALIGN Wellness in hopes to help cultivate communities of well rounded individuals. Through fitness, nutrition, mindset coaching, meditation and mindfulness, sound healing, journaling, self reflection, and community events my goal is to guide any and everyone on their path to becoming the best version of themselves. I truly believe the this starts not only within each individual, but within the support of the community as well. I am currently building a community of like-minded individuals who seek growth, development, and healing. The events that I host include Retreats, Sound baths, networking events, etc.

What should our readers know about your business?
The growth of ALIGN Wellness has been such a beautiful challenge. It started small with me personal training clients and realizing that I wanted to provide individuals and the community with so much more. It’s easy to look good on the outside, but what are you like on the inside? Do you take care of your mind? your heart? your spirit? have you done the self work and inner reflection to heal and better yourself? My goal in building my business is to aid individuals on their journey in this. Eveyone’s journey is completely different, but having guidance, resources, tools, and support is the best way to navigate your personal journey. I plan to continue to grow my business as well as wellness community in hopes of helping as many as I can to grow, heal and evolve.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I love spending time in Malibu, so any of my friends get the day trip to Malibu where we spend the day on the beach and enjoy dinner at the Sunset Restaurant. Taking them to the Farmers Market at the Grove is a must, as well as a traditional pop up Farmers Market. Harriets or Casa Madera for a skyline view, and of course a hike is a must!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I am so grateful for the community of like-minded wellness driven individuals who have continued to show reciprocal love and support for events, growth, business and more. Creating a community can be a struggle but to know that I have the support of so many friends, and family, I am forever grateful. Building a business and a brand is not for the weak and I couldn’t have done it without my incredible support system.
