Hi Priscilla, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
After years of experience working with some of the most well-known clinics in the industry, I felt it was time to take the next step and bring my vision to life. Starting Skin Improvement & Beauty was fueled by my passion for aesthetics and my drive to stay at the forefront of innovation in this ever-evolving field.

One of the things I’m most proud of is introducing groundbreaking treatments to the Dutch market, such as Inkless Stretch Mark Therapy. It’s incredibly rewarding to bring cutting-edge techniques that make a real difference in people’s lives.

Beyond offering treatments, I’ve also made it my mission to share knowledge. I now have the opportunity to school other clinics in the Netherlands, passing on my expertise to help raise the standard of care throughout the industry.

Recently, I’ve been fortunate to expand this passion even further with the opening of my second clinic. It’s a dream come true to be able to reach more clients and continue providing innovative, high-quality care.

What I’m most proud of
I’m incredibly proud of how far we’ve come, including the opening of our second clinic. It’s a testament to the trust and loyalty of our clients. Equally, I’m honored to mentor and train others in the latest innovations from the USA, such as Inkless Stretch Mark Therapy and Camouflage Therapy, sharing knowledge that helps raise the standard of care across the industry. Seeing both clients and other professionals benefit from what we’ve built is immensely rewarding.

How I got here
My journey began with years of experience working at some of the most respected clinics in the industry. Over time, I realized I had a unique vision and a passion for aesthetics that I wanted to bring to life. Starting my own business wasn’t easy—it required countless hours of hard work, determination, and persistence. From navigating the complexities of running a business to constantly evolving with industry trends, it’s been a challenging but fulfilling path.

Overcoming challenges
Challenges are inevitable, especially when building something from the ground up. I learned to embrace change, focus on solutions, and lean on the support of my incredible team and network. Staying committed to my vision and adapting to obstacles has been key to overcoming them.

Lessons learned
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is the importance of staying true to your passion and values. Success doesn’t happen overnight—it takes consistency, patience, and a genuine belief in what you do. Building meaningful relationships with clients and peers has also been instrumental in our growth.

What I want the world to know
Skin Improvement & Beauty is more than just a clinic—it’s a reflection of my passion for helping people look and feel their best. Whether it’s through innovative treatments, mentoring other professionals, or simply providing a space where clients feel cared for and valued, our story is about making a positive impact.

My goal is to continue pushing boundaries in aesthetics, inspire confidence in my clients, and share my expertise to elevate the industry as a whole. With time, I hope to open more clinics across the Netherlands and, who knows, maybe even expand to other countries. Skin Improvement & Beauty is a labor of love, and I’m excited for what the future holds.
