Meet Quiana Chef Q Jeffries: The Soul Feeder Chef

We had the good fortune of connecting with Quiana Chef Q Jeffries and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Quiana Chef Q, Let’s talk about principles and values – what matters to you most?
The value of being able to remain spiritual -which is my naked true self. I am a spirit having this beautiful amazing journey as a being here on this earth in this exact moment in time- which is space. Maintaining who I am spiritually is very important to me. Being able to show what and who God created. Allowing my light to shine and to be seen which is symbolic to my creator being on the stage. Life allows me to be an aid- a vessel- in order for those around me to experience and embrace what pure Love feels like- what it looks like- how it taste. Love is energy and I pour it into my food- into my creation. I create a feeling inside the soul – not just your tummy BUT your whole entire being will feel LOVE- will taste LOVE- will experience LOVE. Love is the highest form of JOY. My purpose is to feed the spirit- feed the mind- feed the heart- feed the SOUL. I am here on this planet to provide healing with what we call food. I love what I do – it feeds me to feed others.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
My passion in the kitchen is art on a plate- I love to use all sort of colors when I am cooking. I elevate when I present food to a client- you will get to experience what it feels like having ancestors in the kitchen- My Angels dance with me while I prepare- I am always praying and releasing energy into the food which can heal you internally. What sets me apart from others is I create my own lane and grow from there. I don’t care to watch what others are doing- I focus on ME- My visions of what God gives me- I am an experience when it comes to setting at any dining table. I am proud of myself for never attaching my soul to any place, person or thing. You will get to taste Love in a magnificent way. I am excited for what this journey will bring- I want to tour the world and feed the less fortunate as well- THEY are my main objectives – To feed those who need a feeding- a spiritual feeding who are thirsty for life. I got where I am today simply by following my heart- never allowing anything or anyone to stop me. I created a path to take and will keep driving until I feel I got to my destiny. Most can see what talents Ive cooked for and may say I have”MADE IT”- and I say I am no where near done on my walk- I have cooked for some amazing beings but I have purpose to fulfill. Wasn’t easy at all getting here- As I had to fight and birth who I really am on the inside. So when I walk into any room- My energy will speak before I even open my mouth. You will know and feel who is inside the room and respect what I have to offer. Its not just food for me- This is a healing within the soul- not body. I was born to help thee oppressed find its way again. God made me a Chef in order to feed. Feed the heart, Feed the mind Feed the body Then Feed the soul. Our mission is To awaken the spirit within- that is what FEEDS US!! With these hands I put in labor as a sacrifice to embrace the spirits that need nutritional value. We are all of value and one day soon we will realize who we all are to eachother. I am The Chef that will stir the pot and bring the heat to America’s Kitchen. I want us to not see color but just say Grace and EAT.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would take them camping so we can be with nature. We would pack up a truck and have everything we need to survive in wilderness. Being able to listen to the river while you sleep- then awaking with a breakfast on a grill while the sun comes up. Nature is a blessing to be around as you can feel and see Gods Art. Art that isn’t create by human but by the devine. We would have the most amazing view and take walks just to be in the moment. The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to shout out my Twin Sister – Ciara Chef CJ Jeffries. I admire her strength in believing in herself to achieve what her heart desires. Going after what she deserves and taking risk into doing so. She has planted so many seeds that’s its time to watch them grow and eat the harvest of your fruits. I believe in CJbelievedat which is also her IG name. There are no other option for her and she choose to step to her highest ability. Thats GROWTH. Smooches- I Love You – Keep giving the world -YOU
