Hi Rehman, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind my success is staying true to my purpose and values. From day one, I focused on helping businesses grow with integrity and long-term strategy. I never chased shortcuts or trends just to win quick results. Instead, I committed to building trust with every client and treating their business like my own.

Consistency played a huge role, especially during challenging times when giving up seemed easier. I showed up every day, learned continuously, and kept pushing forward. Another key factor was surrounding myself with the right team, people who believe in the mission and bring their best.

Lastly, I credit my upbringing for grounding me in humility and respect. Success, to me, is only real when it lifts others along the way.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I’m the founder of MacroHype, a full-service digital marketing agency built to help businesses grow with purpose. What sets us apart is our obsession with real results and honest strategy. We don’t just chase clicks or followers, we focus on building brands that last. We’ve helped generate over $125 million in revenue for our clients by treating their businesses like our own.

Getting here wasn’t easy. I started young, building websites at 12 and learning everything through trial, error, and late nights. There were setbacks, clients lost, and times I questioned everything. But I stayed consistent, leaned into the learning curve, and always chose long-term trust over quick wins.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that success in business isn’t just about marketing, it’s about mindset, patience, and building genuine relationships.

What I want the world to know is that MacroHype is more than an agency. We’re here to empower businesses to grow with integrity, creativity, and care. And that’s a mission I’ll never compromise on.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend was visiting, I’d plan a week that captures the full spirit of New York exploring it by water, air, and street. We’d start by renting a private yacht and cruising down the Hudson River, passing by the Statue of Liberty and catching skyline views that never get old. It’s such a surreal way to take in the city—peaceful, powerful, and unforgettable.

Next, we’d elevate the experience literally by booking a helicopter tour to see Manhattan from above. Flying over landmarks like the Empire State Building and Central Park is something everyone should experience at least once. It gives you a whole new appreciation for the scale and beauty of the city.

Back on the ground, we’d rent bikes and ride through Central Park, then make our way across the Brooklyn Bridge for those classic cityscape views and photo moments. We’d also head to Top of the Rock for a panoramic look at the skyline especially at sunset, when the city starts to glow.

It’s the perfect mix of adventure, beauty, and everything that makes NYC magical from the streets to the skies.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Absolutely. If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that no one succeeds alone. My biggest shoutout goes to my parents; they instilled in me the values of hard work, integrity, and humility from a young age. They supported me even when I was just a kid building websites at 12, never making me feel like my dreams were too big.

I’m also incredibly thankful for the early clients and mentors who took a chance on me when I had more passion than experience. Their belief gave me the confidence to keep pushing forward. A huge part of my success also goes to my amazing team at MacroHype. They bring the vision to life every single day, and I couldn’t ask for better people to grow with.

Lastly, I have to credit the power of books and learning titles like Start with Why and The Lean Startup opened my eyes to thinking beyond just business, and instead building something with purpose. This journey has been full of people and moments that deserve recognition, and I’m grateful for all of them.
