Hi Robin, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I embarked on entrepreneurship due to a generic desire for independence, fueled by my deep passion for the arts and creativity. It was driven by the opportunity to express my unique abilities and talents. My decision also involved identifying gaps in the art market, aiming for personal fulfillment in entrepreneurial pursuits within the realm of arts and creativity.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
As a dedicated artisan, I breathe life into the time-honored craft of uniting Macramé and Weaving with an array of Mixed Fibers. With an unwavering commitment to preserving this historical art form, I’ve not only revived it but seamlessly integrated it into the contemporary cultural tapestry.

Guided by a visionary spirit and creative prowess, I’ve elevated this vintage art form to new heights, positioning it as a distinguished facet of today’s cultural landscape. My adept fusion of vintage aesthetics with cutting-edge materials results in unparalleled and modern masterpieces that secure their place as high-end fiber art.

In each of my designs, echoes of passion and dedication resound. My artistic journey extends beyond revival, aiming to forge a tradition of sublimely modern and socially responsible designs, enriching the cultural tapestry of the art form. My commitment to sustainability has earned accolades from art enthusiasts and environmentally conscious individuals alike.

Yet, one of my most commendable qualities is my unyielding desire to share my wealth of knowledge and skills. My contagious enthusiasm and engaging teaching methods make me an exemplary candidate for any platform seeking to foster appreciation and understanding of this exquisite art form. If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
We would most likely start our mornings with breakfast at a delightful local spot, Then spend afternoons immersing yourselves in the diverse artistic expressions at a wonderful museum like the Phoenix Art Museum. In the evenings, savor dinners at local gems such as Quiessence at The Farm, offering serene farm-to-table cuisine. And no visit to the Phoenix area is complete without hiking one of the beautiful trails, providing endless views of breathtaking mountains and the desert.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I deeply acknowledge and value that my current success and life journey have been significantly shaped by the incredible support I receive from my family and friends. Their love, encouragement, and unwavering support, along with the talents and efforts of numerous inspiring artists, have played a pivotal role in my growth. I firmly believe that surrounding oneself with individuals who share similar passions and aspirations enhances the likelihood of achieving success.
