Hi Ruben, can you share a quote or affirmation with us?
I am a true believer in “everything happens for a reason”. At times when things don’t go our way, we alway became upset about the situation. when you look back at the situation, we realize it happened for the better. always trust in yourself and just go with flow and enjoy every moment of what life brings to you.

What should our readers know about your business?
I’m Ruben Hernandez-Villon, REALTOR, Social Media Manager, Content Creator, husband, dog dad of two beautiful fur babies, a successful family business owner and the founder of eight8 Brand.co. Wow talk about life balance, I’m giving Kris Jenner a run for her money. It has definitely not been easy, but I am blessed to be where I am today. After being a part of the financial industry for 15 years, I found myself hungry for more. At the age of 22 I purchase my first home, and I remember how great the feeling was to have a place to call home, and then it all clicked, I want to be that person who gives others the same opportunity to have place to call home; so I became a REALTOR. Not only was I making a huge career change, but around this time my husband began to have success in the social media industry, so my managing skills that I obtained from my financial/managing background came into place, and I became his Social Media Manager. All of this was not only brand new for him, but myself as well. Although I enjoy consuming content, I found a new passion for creating it as well. So, that’s where I am today. Taking each day by day, learning everyday, staying busy and most of all, doing what I love.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Thinking of this makes me want to take a little trip myself but, first thing is first, we will have to check out a few hikes. Los Angeles has some of the best hiking spots with breathtaking views. Then we will have to checkout the LA Shopping District where you can get all sorts of neat things for a great price. Now, I am huge adrenaline junkie, so I love going to amusement parks, so we are definitely hitting up Disneyland and Six Flags. Finally I would end our week with a relaxing time at the Santa Monica Pier. There we can people watch, grub on tasty food and the best part, be surrounded by the beautiful beach.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to recognized all of my family and friends who have been there for me at my lowest and highest points in my life, but most importantly my husband Alan-Timoteo (alantimoteov). He inspires me each and everyday to keep going and to never give up on anything I want to do in life. He is my biggest supporter and my number one fan!
