We had the good fortune of connecting with Ryan Dreyfuss and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ryan, other than deciding to work for yourself, what was the single most important decision you made that contributed to your success?
Opening up my studio, Ember, was the single most important decision I made that contributed to my success. It allowed me to have full control over my work environment and to build a business that aligned with my values and goals. Owning a studio also gave me the opportunity to create a unique brand and to offer a range of services that I was passionate about. The challenges and responsibilities of running my own business have been rewarding, and the experience and skills I’ve gained along the way have been invaluable. Overall, the decision to open Ember has been a key contributor to my success, both personally and professionally.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
At my studio, Ember, we pride ourselves on creating a one-on-one environment where clients can feel comfortable and at ease. Our smaller size and personalized approach allow us to give each client the individual attention and care that they deserve. In addition to this, our ability to design and create our own custom jewelry sets us apart and allows us to provide a truly unique and personalized experience for our clients. We take the time to listen to their needs and preferences, and we work closely with them to create custom pieces that reflect their individual style and taste. Whether it’s through our attentive customer service, or our commitment to cleanliness and safety, we aim to create a welcoming and personal atmosphere for each and every client.

Getting to this point hasn’t been easy, but it has definitely been worth it! There have been challenges and setbacks along the way, but I have learned and grown from each of them. Despite the obstacles, I have remained determined and dedicated to achieving my goals, and I am grateful for the opportunities that have come my way. The hard work and sacrifices that I have made have been rewarded with the satisfaction and fulfillment that comes from pursuing my passions and building a successful business. While the journey hasn’t always been smooth, I am proud of what I have accomplished and grateful for the experiences and lessons that have brought me to where I am today.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Vegas is known for its bright lights, casinos, and non-stop entertainment, but if you’re like me and enjoy more chill things to do, there are plenty of options to choose from. One of my favorites is visiting Red Rock Canyon, just a short drive from the city. It offers stunning views and a range of hiking trails for everyone. I also enjoy vintage shopping downtown and trying out all the amazing food that Vegas has to offer. (Seriously; there is amazing food here in Vegas)

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to give credit and recognition to my industry friends and colleagues who have supported me and played a role in my success. The connections and relationships I’ve built within my industry have been invaluable, and I am grateful for the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with such talented and passionate individuals. Their insights, expertise, and guidance have helped me to grow and thrive in my field, and I am thankful for their contributions to my journey.
