We had the good fortune of connecting with Sam Dever and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Sam, is there a quote or affirmation that’s meaningful to you?
“How you do anything is how you do everything” is one of my favorite quotes and mantras to live by because it reminds you to move in life to the best of your ability.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I am a Podcast Host, Multimedia Producer, Actor and Speaker. I am owner of Sam Dever Productions, host and executive producer of my podcast “The Sam Dever Podcast” and a speaker for my brand “Produce Your Passion” where I help creative people overcome obstacles to become their most authentic selves.

What sets me apart is my work ethic, persistence and drive. It’s definitely not been easy but you overcome the challenges by never giving up and taking things one day at a time.

The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that we only live once and many of the things that hold us back aren’t really things at all but simply mental barriers we’ve placed on ourselves creating our own limitations.

I want the world to know that I created the life I wanted to live and followed my intuition to produce my passion and live in my purpose.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
The first spot I would take them is to Santa Monica for some time at the beach. From here we would go on a nature hike on one of the many beautiful hiking trails LA has to offer.

At night we would either catch a theatrical performance or get street tacos. Actually, how about both!

We would also check out museums and famous landmarks in the city.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My shoutout is to all the wonderful, talented and creative people I have met and worked with on my artistic journey in both Las Vegas and Los Angeles.

I have been blessed to meet so many amazing individuals who have inspired me and helped me along my journey.
