Meet Sandy Tran | Permanent Make Up Artist and Educator

We had the good fortune of connecting with Sandy Tran and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Sandy, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Starting Brows by Sandiee was inspired by my passion for beauty and the desire to help people feel confident in their own skin. I’ve always had an eye for detail and a love for the artistry behind brow shaping, and I saw a need in my community for high-quality, personalized brow services. I wanted to create a space where clients could relax, feel pampered, and leave with brows that make them feel their best. Being able to turn that passion into a business allowed me to combine my creative side with my desire to empower others through beauty. It’s been an amazing journey, and I’m excited to keep growing and offering even more services to my clients!

What should our readers know about your business?
Brows by Sandiee is all about providing high-quality, personalized beauty services with a focus on making my clients feel confident and beautiful. What sets me apart is the attention to detail and care I put into every service, whether it’s Ombré Powder Brows, permanent jewelry, or anything else I offer. I pride myself on creating a comfortable and relaxing space for my clients while also helping them achieve the look they’ve always wanted.
Getting to where I am today wasn’t easy. It took a lot of hard work, learning, and facing challenges head-on. The beauty industry is constantly evolving, so I had to be adaptable, stay up-to-date with trends, and refine my skills. But through it all, I learned the importance of perseverance and always staying true to my values. There were moments of self-doubt, but I kept pushing forward because I knew that I had something special to offer.
What I’m most proud of is the community I’ve built through Brows by Sandiee. It’s not just about the services; it’s about the relationships I’ve formed with my clients and the impact I’ve had on their lives. Helping people feel good about themselves is what keeps me motivated every day.
The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that success doesn’t happen overnight. It’s a journey filled with ups and downs, but every setback is a chance to learn and grow. I’ve also learned that it’s okay to ask for help and lean on others when you need support.
I want the world to know that Brows by Sandiee is more than just a business—it’s a reflection of my passion for beauty, my commitment to my clients, and the hard work that goes into making every moment count. My story is one of resilience, growth, and the pursuit of dreams, and I hope to continue inspiring others to follow theirs.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to dedicate my shoutout to my mom. She’s an immigrant who has always worked incredibly hard to provide for our family. Her strength, perseverance, and work ethic have been my biggest inspiration. Watching her push through challenges and never give up motivated me to chase my dreams and build Brows by Sandiee. She’s the foundation of everything I do, and I’m so grateful for her support and the example she set for me. Without her, none of this would have been possible.
