We had the good fortune of connecting with Sarah And Vincent Mondragon and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Sarah and Vincent, how do you think about risk?
We believe that without risk, there is no reward. Taking risks is an essential part of our journey as business owners. Every day, we take calculated risks and bet on ourselves, knowing that it’s the only way to grow and push boundaries. Whether it’s investing in new equipment, expanding our services, or trying out new strategies, we’ve learned that stepping outside of our comfort zone often leads to the greatest rewards. Risk-taking has played a major role in our success, teaching us to be bold, resilient, and adaptable. It’s not always easy, but we know that the challenges we face along the way help us improve and ultimately reach new heights.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Vincent and I are the proud owners and operators of LoadRunners Junk Removal and Hauling. Our company specializes in providing efficient, reliable, and eco-friendly junk removal services. What sets us apart from others is our commitment to customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and dedication to making a positive impact on the environment. We go above and beyond to ensure that we recycle, donate, and responsibly dispose of as much junk as possible. We’re not just removing clutter; we’re creating a cleaner, greener community.

What are you most proud of or excited about?

We’re most proud of how far we’ve come as a business and the strong relationships we’ve built with our customers and each other. We love knowing that we’ve been able to make a difference in people’s lives by providing a hassle-free solution to their junk removal needs. The best part is the feedback we get from clients who feel relieved and happy after we’ve cleared out their spaces. It’s incredibly rewarding to see our hard work translate into happiness for our clients.

How did you get to where you are today business-wise? Was it easy?

Starting a business is never easy, and it wasn’t for us either. We faced numerous challenges, from navigating the complexities of running a business to learning how to effectively manage logistics and customer service. However, through hard work, perseverance, and a deep commitment to our values, we’ve been able to build LoadRunners into what it is today. Our shared vision and determination kept us going, even when things were tough.

How did you overcome challenges?

We overcame challenges by focusing on continuous learning and adapting. We also built a strong network of partners who helped us along the way. Most importantly, we stayed committed to our mission and made customer satisfaction a top priority. Every setback was a lesson, and we used those lessons to improve and grow.

What are the lessons you’ve learned along the way?

One of the biggest lessons we’ve learned is that customer relationships are everything. It’s not just about providing a service—it’s about making a lasting impression. We’ve also learned the importance of managing time and resources effectively. Running a business involves a lot of juggling, and it’s crucial to stay organized.

What do you want the world to know about you or your brand and story?

We want the world to know that LoadRunners is more than just a junk removal service—it’s a brand committed to sustainability, community, and exceptional service. Our story is one of resilience, hard work, and passion. Sarah and I started this business with a clear vision, and we are excited to continue growing, improving, and serving our community for years to come. We are truly grateful for every customer and every opportunity to make a positive impact, and we can’t wait to see where this journey takes us.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.

We would start off day one with breakfast at The Griddle Cafe before heading to Griffith Observatory for stunning views of LA and a closer look at the Hollywood Sign. Later in the evening head to Musso & Frank Grill in Hollywood, for dinner.

Day 2 we’d start with breakfast at Eggslut in Grand Central Market downtown. Their egg sandwiches are legendary. Midday: Head to The Getty Center for a mix of art and beautiful gardens. Dinner at Bestia in the Arts District and and exploring some cool bars and craft breweries would end the night.

Day 3 would be spent at Venice Beach with some beach fun, bike rides, and a homemade picnic. Maybe head to the Santa Monica pier for some fun and games at night.

On day 4 take a tour of The Broad Museum. Afterward, explore Grand Park and check out some of the cool art installations in the area. Then head to La Brea Tar Pits. The night would end at Perch LA, a rooftop bar offering stunning views of downtown LA’s skyline.

Our last day would be an LA Experience. Start the day with a breakfast at The Original Pantry Café. Take a drive down Mulholland Drive for epic views of the city, and stop by Runyon Canyon for an easy hike with great city views. Then we would head over to LACMA to see the famous Urban Light installation and explore its incredible collections. Dinner at Gwen in Hollywood which is one of our absolute favorites. We would end the night enjoying the Sunset Strip.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
We would like to dedicate our shoutout to our children (Chrystyana 21, Sarennity 7, and Christian 3). They are the driving force behind everything we do. Our hard work is motivated by our desire to provide them with opportunities we didn’t have and to teach them the lessons we weren’t taught. They inspire us to push through the challenges and keep striving for success, knowing that everything we do is for their future.
