Hi Shanesa, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
The genesis of my business is grounded in honoring intuition, letting creativity flow freely, and reviving a beloved establishment. Central to this endeavor is the cultivation of deep, meaningful connections—a cornerstone that has profoundly shaped our journey.

We’ve been fortunate to forge genuine, respectful relationships, fostering an environment where ideas thrive. Collaborating with clients who embraced the design process enabled us to explore creative paths uninhibitedly. Their openness fueled a delightful synergy that made the collaboration incredibly rewarding.

This entrepreneurial spirit and unwavering commitment to upholding both design integrity and ethical values have led to the birth of two remarkable assets: Chandeliers & Tulips and STUDIO CT. Nestled within the design-centric Whizins Center in Agoura, CA, these brick-and-mortar establishments embody our vision.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
What makes us stand out is its role as a warm and inviting lifestyle hub that seamlessly brings together fashion, furnishings, art, and community. In contrast, STUDIO CT sets a global standard for refined living that rivals the elegance of cities like Barcelona, Paris, or Tokyo. It’s an immersive environment where unique furnishings, exquisite original photographs showcasing icons such as Tina Turner, Mick Jagger, and Joni Mitchell, and captivating lighting converge to craft an unparalleled experience of sheer magnificence.

While representing top-tier photographers and collaborating to showcases a fraction of our endeavors, our artisanal teams and in-house wood and upholstery shop epitomize our meticulous approach to every detail.

At its core, our mission revolves around people—from the inception of an idea to the intricate execution, culminating in the cultivation of profound connections with those who engage with our creations.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
The Whizin Market Square There’s just so much to do … shop small curated boutiques, grab a quick lunch at any of the fab restaurants we have and sip wine at blue table or Agoura Wine to end the day I prefer shopping Brick + Mortar stores… they just have an energy large shopping malls and spaces can’t beat.
