We had the good fortune of connecting with Simone Samuels and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Simone, how do you think about risk?
Risk-taking is an integral part of both personal and professional growth. In my career, especially in the realm of real estate investing. I believe taking calculated risks has been crucial.
I’m generally a low risk taker but at times it’s necessary yo go all in. This method of thinking has allowed me to explore new opportunities, learn from diverse experiences, and achieve significant success.
Remember to pray and trust your gut instincts.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I founded my real estate investing business with a focus on house flipping, primarily targeting nurses who are interested in starting their own real estate investments.
What sets my business apart is our specialized approach in serving healthcare professionals, providing them with tailored consulting services and educational resources. This is done while still working in the healthcare field. In my case, I still work full time in the hospital.
One aspect I’m particularly proud of is our commitment to empowering nurses to build wealth through real estate. The journey has been challenging, but it’s also been incredibly rewarding. Getting to where I am today required resilience, continuous learning, and a willingness to take calculated risks. Overcoming these challenges involved leveraging my background in nursing to understand the unique needs and constraints of healthcare professionals, and then crafting solutions that address those specific needs.
The lessons I’ve learned along the way are numerous, but a few stand out: the importance of perseverance, the value of community and support.
It’s vital to have community support in this journey.
What I want the world to know about my brand and story is that it’s possible to build financial freedom and wealth, even if you’re starting from a demanding profession like nursing. My mission is to provide the tools, knowledge, and support needed for nurses to succeed in real estate investing. Through our online webinars, consulting services, and educational materials, we strive to make real estate investment accessible and achievable for healthcare professionals.
