We had the good fortune of connecting with Stephanie & Jenika and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Stephanie &, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
The idea behind starting our own business stemmed from a desire to use our skills to build something purposeful, something that could support and empower others, particularly within the corporate space. We recognized a need for smart, meaningful tools that could enhance day to day productivity, creativity, and confidence, and we wanted to be the ones to fill that gap. On a more personal level, we were driven by the intention to create a lasting legacy for our children, something they could be proud of and possibly carry forward one day. In a world that often feels uncertain, having a venture that inspires us and keeps us going has been both grounding and deeply fulfilling.

What should our readers know about your business?
We’re two professionals with over 15 years of combined experience in executive assistance, administrative support, project management, and operations. What sets us apart is our ability to deliver high-level, personalized support with flexibility, reliability, and zero fluff without the cost and inefficiencies that often come with full-time employees. We started Per My Latte Co. after seeing how much time and money businesses waste on low-impact tasks. We knew there was a better way. Our virtual support is designed to give businesses exactly what they need, nothing more, nothing less, so they can focus on growth while we handle the details. We’ve faced our fair share of challenges as entrepreneurs, but what keeps us grounded is the trust and communication we have within our partnership. We don’t face problems alone we face them together. That foundation allows us to adapt, grow, and come back stronger every time. We want people to know that we’re not the type to give up. We’re relentless in chasing our dreams, passionate about our work, and no matter how many times we may get knocked down, we’ll always get back up every single time. Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If our best friend were visiting, we’d plan a meaningful day in Beverly Hills. We’d start with brunch at Ysabel, followed by a visit to Layla, then spend the afternoon shopping on Rodeo Drive. For a quick mid-day break, we’d stop at Go Greek Yogurt for something light and energizing. As the day wound down, we’d head to Ocean Prime for dinner, reflecting on life, growth, and shared memories. It would be a simple but memorable day spent with intention and good company.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Our greatest inspirations have always been our parents. As immigrants who built a life from the ground up, they exemplify resilience, determination, and the true spirit of entrepreneurship. They not only achieved success through hard work and grit, but also passed down invaluable lessons both in business and in life. They taught us the importance of integrity, adaptability, and perseverance, and instilled in us a belief that no dream is too big if you’re willing to put in the work. Their journey continues to guide and inspire every step we take as business owners.
