We had the good fortune of connecting with Stephanie Pelino and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Stephanie, what is the most important factor behind your success?
I believe the most important factor behind my success has been a combination of several key elements. Firstly, getting out of my own way has been crucial. By overcoming self-doubt, fear, and limiting beliefs, I have been able to focus on my goals and push myself beyond my comfort zone.

Staying consistent has also played a significant role in my success. By showing up every day and putting in the work consistently, I have been able to make steady progress toward my goals and achieve long-term success.

Furthermore, being authentic has been essential in building genuine connections with others on social media and fostering trust and credibility in my endeavors. By staying true to myself and my values, I have been able to attract like-minded individuals and create meaningful connections that have propelled me forward.

Lastly, I have always prioritized having fun in everything I do. By approaching challenges with a positive mindset and a sense of joy and enthusiasm, I have been able to stay motivated, creative, and resilient in the face of obstacles. My sister’s acting coach one said “If you’re not having fun, we’re not having fun!” I apply that principle when creating content. The audience can see whether or not you’re truly enjoying what you’re doing. I find creating content through my lived experiences is what makes my content fun to watch.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My art is centered around content creation, a medium through which I express my creativity, share my life experiences, and connect with others. What sets me apart from others is the authentic storytelling that I bring to my content. I am most proud of the growth and confidence I have gained through this journey, as well as the joy and fulfillment I experience from creating and sharing my videos with others.

Getting to where I am today has been a process filled with challenges and self-discovery. At first, I struggled with self-doubt and fear, which held me back from posting and sharing my content with the world. I also grappled with uncertainty about what I wanted to focus on in my posts. However, everything changed when I started collaborating with my sister on vlogs. The experience of creating videos together sparked a newfound passion and excitement within me, and I found myself truly enjoying the process of making content.

Overcoming these challenges required me to step out of my comfort zone, confront my fears, and embrace vulnerability. Through this journey, I have learned the importance of perseverance, authenticity, and the power of collaboration in fueling creativity and personal growth.

As I continue to navigate this creative path, I am uncertain about where it will take me, but one thing is certain—I derive immense joy from content creation and envision myself pursuing it for years to come. My story is one of transformation, self-discovery, and the realization that sometimes, the most fulfilling experiences come from taking risks and embracing the unknown. I hope that through my content and my journey, I can inspire others to pursue their passions, overcome their fears, and embrace the beauty of self-expression and creativity.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend were visiting the area and I wanted to show them the best time ever, here are some places I would take them.

For coffee: Start the day with coffee at Laurel Canyon Cafe for a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. Say hi to Lily, who runs the cute coffee stand at the market.

For matcha: Head to DAMO in Koreatown for the best matcha lattes in town (in my personal opinion).

For dinner: Enjoy dinner at La Dolce Vita in Beverly Hills, where we would have a reservation for the Frank Sinatra booth and indulge in their delicious clams oreganata, tableside Caesar salad, and endless pasta!

For a night of fun: we’d start at Dante in Beverly Hills, known for their cocktails, and have a late night reservation at Chateau Marmont.

For beaches: I’d go to either Laguna Beach or Malibu.

For hikes: I’d go on a hike in the Palisades

For scenic drives: a drive along Mulholland of course.

For vintage shopping: we’d have to stop by Aralda Vintage and Timeless Vixen and admire the runway archive pieces worn by the most fashionable icons and it girls.

For thrifting: we’d go to either Universal Thrift Store in Reseda or to Hope of the Valley in Santa Clarita

And of course, we’d have a few estate sales lined up to go to!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
To my dearest sister,

You are not just my sibling, but my rock, my confidante, and my biggest supporter in everything I do. Your unwavering belief in me and your constant encouragement inspires me to push myself beyond my limits and build a life that I am proud of. The joy and fulfillment I experience from our collaborations and creative endeavors are unparalleled, and the fun we have together creating content is a true testament to our shared passion and creativity.

I am immensely grateful for all that you have done for me, for always being there to lift me when I am down, to cheer me on when I succeed, and to walk by my side through every twist and turn of life. Our bond is a treasure that I hold dear, and I look forward to all the future endeavors we will embark on together, creating memories, chasing dreams, and conquering new heights side by side.

With all my love and gratitude,

Steph
