I went to the ER twice in 18 months while working for a company.

P.O.W.E.R. TRAINING is about developing leaders who plays sports. Purpose Own Win Empower Results is the meaning of my company.

When players have the purpose to own their action both on and off the field. They win in school and play while empowering themselves and those around them.

Having growing in Jamaica struggling to survive. Then my skills allowed me to get a scholarship.

I hold BA and 2 Masters Degrees

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
