We had the good fortune of connecting with Tabby Biddle and we’ve shared our conversation below.

What should our readers know about your business?

I believe in the power of women’s voices to change the world. Hailed by the United Nations Foundation as “a champion for women and girls around the world,” I am an internationally-recognized women’s leadership coach, educator and consultant specializing in helping female professionals, creatives and entrepreneurs find their voice and grow their impact as feminine thought leaders creating social change.

Throughout my career, I have supported thousands of women–from business leaders, to media makers, to start-up founders, to non-profit executive directors, to educators, artists, activists and emerging entrepreneurs–to claim their voice, their leadership, and their full power.

I know what it’s like to have a burning desire to make a bigger impact in the world, but feel stuck. I know what it’s like to have many creative ideas, but not move forward on any of them because of feeling overwhelmed (and maybe a bit scared). I also know what it’s like to sit by and worry that you’ll never fill your leadership potential. I’ve been there for all of that.

In my work with clients, I get them unstuck, activate their voice leadership, and help them get their dream projects into the world!

What sets my work apart from other coaches is my deep devotion to elevating and amplifying women’s voices. I have an ability to see the larger systemic change a woman’s voice and thought leadership can bring to the world and can help her to see it and believe it, too. My clients often tell me that it’s my belief in them that got them to the finish line to publish their bestselling book, deliver their life-changing TEDx talk, launch their award-winning podcast, create their signature curriculum, become the public speaker they’ve always dreamed of being, or step into their next level of leadership and social impact.

I have a particular interest in supporting the voices and thought leadership of women in the BIPOC, Latinx and AAPI communities and am honored by the sisterhood circles we have created together.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I love to hike, play tennis, and be outdoors. A few of my favorite local hikes include Zuma Canyon and Point Dume in Malibu, as well as Will Rogers State Historic Park in the Pacific Palisades. I also love to go out to eat with my family. Some of our favorite lunch spots include Thyme Café, Ghisallo Pizza Restaurant, and Kreation Kafe in Santa Monica, and some of our favorite dinner spots include Art’s Table, Rustic Canyon and Fig Restaurant, located at The Fairmont Miramar Hotel in Santa Monica. And then of course, there’s always the classic Shutters on the Beach for drinks at sunset. For an easy daytime stroll, nothing beats walking along Pacific Palisades Park in Santa Monica overlooking the Pacific Ocean and looking up at the Santa Monica Mountains.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I’d like to dedicate this Shoutout to my Mom for all the love she has provided me and for helping me to trust myself and forge my own path. I would also like to give a Shoutout to all the women and girls who dare to speak their truth daily and stand up for what they believe in. I believe that when one woman speaks her truth, it empowers another woman to do the same. This is how we will change our world. Thank you!
