We had the good fortune of connecting with Tamara Mitchell-Davis and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tamara, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factors behind my success and the success of my brand are commitment, being positive and remaining optimistic. With business, there have been some highs and lows (ebbs and flows). As an entrepreneur, its important to learn how to ride the waves of business so when I experience periods when business might experience a “low”, I can remain committed to the business vision, mission and be positive because the tide will turn.

What should our readers know about your business?
TM Davis Enterprise LLC is a dynamic training, development and book publishing company that empowers aspiring authors and entrepreneurs to bring their BOOK AND BUSINESS visions to life by leveraging their voice and story to make an impact and an income.

We show our clients how impactful storytelling can be by connecting their experiences, skills and knowledge to build authority and credibility in the marketplace to attract, connect and engage with their ideal client/customer. We do this through business coaching, book collaborations, in person (LIVE) and virtual events for learning opportunities and networking.

Through our services we support our clients with changing the trajectory of their business, book, and life: financially, mentally and holistically.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend was visiting the area, I would locate a lounge or space where a LIVE band was playing so we could attend. There’s several local artists I know who put on a really good show. I would reach out and see if they have any shows coming up and make plans to go. One spot we could check out is a casino in the area. The casino has a shopping outlet, comedy club, restaurants, bowling, selfie museum and spa. This way we could spend a day or two and have access to all the things.

After a few days of fun, we could drive to Cape Cod for a relaxing few days by the water. Being near the water is always peaceful. I would think a much needed break is what she (and I) both need so we could rest, chill, talk and catch up on life. Most importantly, just enjoy each other’s company and create memories.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I want to shoutout the wifepreneur who is starting out in business. Taking risks, not having all the answers but still showing up, learning and committed to her dreams and goals while juggling love, business, marriage, career and family. Its a lot to manage and I commend you for starting!
