Meet Tawney Lewis | Certified Spiritual Teacher, Psychic Medium and Paranormal Investigator

We had the good fortune of connecting with Tawney Lewis and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tawney, what do you attribute your success to?
I would say the most important factor is believing in yourself and not focusing on what others think of you. I am the first to admit that I am very different and stand out for a multitude of reasons but I do not allow others to hold me back or bring me down based on their opinions.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I am Spiritual Teacher, Psychic Medium and Paranormal Investigator. There are tons of people in world in this field but it is extremely rare for a POC to participate in this field.

What sets me apart from others is that I promote myself more as a Paranormal Investigator, and then a Psychic Medium second as I have been investigating for a little over twelve years now and am trained on the tools to use as well as the over process of an investigation. I utilize the Mediumship when it is required in order to get more information.

When I first learned about my intuitive gifts, I immediately began training in order to fully understand it so that I knew exactly what I was doing and what I communicated to others. The path was not easy as in addition to fully understanding this field, I had to build my confidence and realize that I cannot do this work unless I believed in myself first. Everyone else’s opinion came second!

The biggest lesson I have learned is that you will get no where with having ego in this field. It can hinder your abilities and also cause others to lose respect for you. Since doing this work, I have always made it a point to remain calm and humbled that I am able to work for the highest good.

I want the world to know that if you stick to what you love doing, what you have passion for…it will all work out in the end, If you believe in your brand and what it stands for, people will start to notice and will pay attention.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
What I would do:
