Meet Taylor Cezanne | Influencer & Dog Trainer

We had the good fortune of connecting with Taylor Cezanne and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Taylor, what principle do you value most?
Community. It’s about creating meaningful connections and fostering a sense of belonging. Community is what makes us humans feel supported, understood, and inspired. In my journey as a content creator and dog trainer, I’ve seen the impact that a strong and positive community can have on people. It’s not just about sharing knowledge but also about lifting each other up, celebrating wins, and being there during challenges. Online or not – a strong community is like a safety net, holding us as we grow. That’s why I’m so passionate about creating spaces where people can connect, learn, and grow together.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I train dogs online by focusing on creating free, accessible content that anyone can watch and learn from. Unlike traditional in-person training, my approach is rooted in storytelling and blending my personal lifestyle with force-free training techniques. This helps people not only learn effective training methods but also feel connected to the journey. What sets me apart is how I integrate my own life experiences with dog training tips, making the content relatable, engaging, and easy to apply in real life. My goal is to build a supportive community where people can transform their relationships with their dogs using positive, stress-free techniques.
It definitely wasn’t easy. Building an online presence while staying authentic is challenging, especially when self-doubt creeps in and you’re faced with constant comparison. At first, I struggled with perfectionism and feeling “not good enough” to put my content out there. The turning point came when I realized that showing up consistently, even imperfectly, was more important than waiting until everything was flawless.
To overcome these challenges, I leaned into therapy, self-care, and embraced the mindset of progress over perfection. I learned to trust myself and focus on the impact I could make by simply sharing what I know.
The biggest lesson? Consistency beats intensity. By staying true to my values, being open, and letting go of the need to be perfect, I was able to build a community of dog lovers who resonate with my approach. What I want the world to know is that my brand isn’t just about dog training—it’s about creating a deeper connection with your pets and your own journey. It’s about learning together, being patient, and believing that with the right tools, anyone can transform their life and their pet’s behavior.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend was visiting me in LA for a week, I’d put together a mix of the best food spots, scenic views, and unique experiences to show off what makes this city so special!
Day 1: Start with breakfast at Republique, known for its pastries and brunch, then head over to Griffith Park for a hike up to the Griffith Observatory to see the city skyline. In the evening, we’d grab dinner at Bestia for some amazing Italian food.
Day 2: A day by the coast, starting with Blue Plate Oysterette in Santa Monica for seafood. We’d bike along the beach to Venice, stopping by the Venice Canals and checking out the quirky shops on Abbot Kinney Boulevard. End with a sunset cocktail at The Bungalow.
Day 3: Exploring the artsy side of LA, we’d spend time at LACMA and grab tacos from Guerrilla Tacos. For the evening, catch a live music show at The Troubadour in West Hollywood.
Day 4: Head to Malibu for a beach day. I’d take them to Malibu Farm for brunch on the pier, and we’d relax on the sand at Zuma Beach. Dinner would be at Nobu Malibu for sushi with an ocean view.
Day 5: A chill day starting with coffee at Alfred’s, then shopping around Melrose Avenue. We’d hit up Jon & Vinny’s for some casual but incredible pizza. For the evening, we’d do a comedy night at The Comedy Store.
Day 6: A day in DTLA (Downtown LA), exploring Grand Central Market, checking out the Broad Museum, and a sunset rooftop drink at Perch. Dinner would be at Bavel for Middle Eastern cuisine.
Day 7: Wrap up the week with a relaxing brunch at The Ivy, some last-minute shopping at The Grove, and a picnic at Echo Park Lake before sending them off.
LA is such a diverse city with so much to offer—from beaches to art to amazing food—so I’d want them to experience a little bit of everything!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to give a huge shoutout to my therapist, who has been such a grounding rock in my journey. The consistent support and guidance I receive from them have really helped me overcome so many mental blocks and grow into a better version of myself. My support system—friends, family, and loved ones—has also been invaluable in keeping me motivated and uplifted during tough times.
But beyond that, I owe a lot to the people I’ve found along the way who already had what I was striving for. Observing their paths, studying how they achieved their goals, and learning from their successes and failures has been like a masterclass in real life. These mentors, whether they know it or not, have helped shape my mindset, inspired me to take action, and reminded me that it’s possible to create the life I envision.
