Hi Thalia, what habits do you feel helped you succeed?
Some habits that have helped me succeed have been consistency , discipline and hard work.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Little Itty Babes LLC is an event rental and styling business . We offer a variety of specialty rentals and offer all occasion styling services from backdrops to balloon garlands to signage . One thing that sets us apart from others is that we are a one stop shop when it comes to decorating for your event . Our clients love that we can set up a beautiful tables-cape design with signage and beautiful backdrops with balloons. I am so proud of how far my business has come and I can’t wait to see where it continues to take me . Our journey has not been easy we have had and continue to have a lot of sleepless nights , long hour days , sometimes going months without a day off but something about it being your business makes this all worth it . The biggest struggle I have is finding balance between business and life . It’s hard when your running a business and trying to raise a family with little ones but I always remember why I started this business and for who I do it and it motivates me to continue to work hard . I want the world to know that Little Itty Babes always strives to make sure we are able to make all of our clients special moments memorable by going beyond their expectations.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I definitely have a lot of people I owe my success to . My number one has to be my husband I’m an over thinker which does not help sometimes. I had so many ideas but I was to scared to actually go into business. He encouraged me to just go for it not only did he encourage me he helped me start my business . He helped me build my backdrops , paint , ect . Not only is he very hands on he defiantly knows what to say when I don’t feel motivated and I’m feeling overwhelmed. I also want to give a shout-out to my family who help me when I can’t . My friends who are always promoting me and of course my clients without any of my clients my business would not exist .
