We had the good fortune of connecting with Tiffany Heiden and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tiffany, maybe we can start at the very start – the idea – how did you come up with the idea for your business?
I came up with Soul Rituals through years and years of self exploration. It’s almost as if this dream of mine has been there all along. When I was a child I would play pretend the things that I’m doing now. Soul Rituals has evolved and morphed as I’ve grown . I’ve always had a passion for helping people, Crystals, and Skincare. As I’ve leaned more into the things that bring me the most joy, success follows and so does the evolution of Soul Rituals.

What should our readers know about your business?
Soul Rituals come from a deep inner voice and passion for helping and elevating the lives of others. Every service, product and offering is created with the highest good of all in mind, infused with powerful intentions and a little bit of magic to ensure we provide an elevating and awakening experience. Getting to where we I am today took consistent inner work and willingness to become my best self every single day. That meant stepping into my power when it felt scary and facing my fears. Honoring my intuition, being disciplined in each of of daily activities and surrounding myself with people who loved me, and letting go of the rest. It took Constant focus and a deep trust in myself. It started with one step, and that step was belief in myself . The path unfolded the more and. more I chose to believe and love myself/ choices.
I want the world to know that we all have a purpose. We all have medicine inside of us that the world needs. That if you believe in yourself and your dreams. They will all come true. All you have to do is show up for yourself and your dream , everyday. You can have it all. You can live abundantly doing the things that you love the most. Your purpose will be what you love.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friends were visiting the area I would take them to My spa haha. I’d treat them first to a Glow HydraFacial (our most popular facial. I’d then Cover them in Crystals and treat them to a Sound healing and guided meditation to re-connect them to their magic. Then gift them a Deck of oracle cards right off of my shelf. I’m a big nature person, our hiking trails and state parks are Epic around here. Pt. Reyes national seashore, Mendocino , Bodega beaches. You could drive and wander in any which direction and find magic all around. I love me a good night out with conscious drinks and food. The Fern Bar in Sebastopol (walking distance from Soul Rituals) has the most GORGEOUS cocktails infused with herbs , flowers and magic! They offer a variety of local and farm fresh options and healthy bites. defiantly get dessert too. The vibe is that out of a fairy tale.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’d like to dedicate my shoutout to my Friend and mentor Maryann. I met Maryann during a very dark and scary part of my life. I landed in her office 7 years ago for Therapy and our relationship has morphed in the most beautiful of ways. She’s helped me heal and tap into my power through Meditation, Sound Healing, Therapy, and many other techniques. She sees me for exactly who I am. always re-directing my focus back within and helped me to find the power of my Soul. The power that each of us have inside. I’m forever grateful for her teachings and friendship.
