Meet Timothy Harrington | Founder Family WELLTH Management

We had the good fortune of connecting with Timothy Harrington and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Timothy, Let’s talk about principles and values – what matters to you most?
For me, it’s all about authentic connection. It’s the foundation of everything I do—whether I’m helping families rebuild their relationships, collaborating with professionals, or just having a meaningful conversation. Authentic connection means showing up as you are, creating space for others to feel seen and heard, and building trust in a way that feels real.
I’ve found that when we truly connect, whether as a family or within a community, that’s where the magic happens. It’s not about perfection—it’s about being present, being open, and finding ways to move forward together.
This value drives my work because I believe families and individuals thrive when they feel connected—not just to others, but also to themselves. It’s through these moments of connection that we find resilience, healing, and even joy. To me, there’s nothing more powerful.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Tell us about your business and what sets you apart.
My business, Family WELLTH Management, is all about helping families build emotional resilience, connection, and strength—treating emotional health as the priceless legacy it truly is. What sets us apart is our holistic and practical approach. Instead of focusing solely on one individual or crisis, we work with the entire family system, helping everyone grow and thrive together. It’s about creating lasting change that ripples across generations.
How did I get to where I am today?
It’s been a journey of personal experience, professional growth, and deep empathy. My work is rooted in my own story—both as a father and someone who has walked alongside families through their most challenging moments. It wasn’t easy. Families in crisis face stigma, frustration, and exhaustion, and I often felt the same. But those struggles taught me how powerful it is when families come together with the right tools, support, and mindset.
Overcoming challenges meant learning to meet people where they are—without judgment—and adapting my approach to fit their unique needs. I’ve also learned to embrace imperfection. Growth isn’t linear, and neither is building a business, but every step forward matters.
What am I most proud of?
I’m proud of the families I’ve worked with—watching them transform pain into connection, chaos into stability, and uncertainty into hope. I’m also proud of creating a program that empowers families to rewrite their stories and take control of their future. Seeing families thrive is the ultimate reward.
What do I want the world to know?
I want people to know that healing is possible. Families don’t have to stay stuck in cycles of conflict, disconnection, or crisis. With the right tools and support, they can create a legacy of love, strength, and WELLTH. My mission is to help as many families as possible realize that potential—because when families thrive, everyone benefits.
Family WELLTH Management is more than a business; it’s a movement to help families build the emotional wealth they deserve. That’s a story worth sharing.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Who deserves credit and recognition in your story?
If I had to dedicate my shoutout, it would go to the families I’ve worked with over the years. Their courage, vulnerability, and willingness to show up—no matter how hard it gets—have been my greatest teachers. They’ve shown me the strength of the human spirit and reminded me that growth is always possible, even in the messiest moments.
I’d also give credit to my own family. Their love and challenges have shaped the way I view relationships, resilience, and what it means to truly support one another. My daughters has been a constant source of inspiration, showing me how important it is to listen deeply, adapt, and lead with empathy.
Finally, there are mentors and thought leaders who have guided my thinking. People who’ve challenged me to think differently about connection, healing, and change. Books, conversations, and communities that continually remind me why I do this work and how much there is still to learn.
No success happens in isolation, and I’m grateful to be standing on the shoulders of so many who’ve influenced my journey.
