We had the good fortune of connecting with victoria magrane and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi victoria, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
i guess there was not even a process, I just kept on doing what i did as a child to have fun and keep my mind connected with creativity. But i do remember well when i decided to take this playground to real business. At the beggining it was a bit confussing, because the line between having a good time and busines whas pretty blurred. But time and consistence made it all happen.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
What i am most proud of is, i feel i would really pay to have the job i had,
I love Mondays, adore arriving to my workshop and spending the whole day focused in creating beautifull things.
Of course it wasnt easy, at the beggining it was only me creating and family and friends buying, but i trusted and focus. I knew the only way was slowly, i had patience, never stopped, and the wheel started turning.
The biggest challenge is accepting creativity has its ups and downs. Do not force it because it wont come to visit if you are in desperate need of it, i had to learn to respect “boring ” fases, always trusting and working in research and observating others just to get inspiration bloom again.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would definetly take my friend to a music show, In Argentina crowds are mind blowing. the energy of the fans is pretty unique.
Food is also sublime. options are infinit ! Is not only the “meet” paradise but the variety is globewise.
The tour would obviously have theater, museums and night out with a lot of dancing.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Absolutetly to my parents. The fact that i never felt pressure on what i Had to do for a living, They trusted me, trusted my responsability and my “way”.Friedns and familys encouraging attitude towards my sometimes shy, process, has been always the key and self confidence i needed to keep on.,
