We had the good fortune of connecting with Victorine Deych and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Victorine, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
The entire foundation of my company has been built on healing in an accessible form to as many people as possible. Alternative wellness modalities such as aromatherapy can offer a sense of calm while navigating the storms of life. Additionally, I source all ingredients from individuals and companies that adhere to best business practices. This means that we collectively focus on getting to know and supporting the local communities in which we work to grow, harvest and distill. These methods lead to job creation, security and the spread of overall wellbeing.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My art is a fluid dance between apparel, experiential and fragrance. It all boils down to the quality of the recipients experience when they interact with something I share with the world. Any serendipity that has occurred on my path came after a long road of concentrated effort. I always knew I wanted to design and the fragrance was a hobby that I was too shy to explore. Once i did there was no going back and I knew it was my calling. During a very challenging time both personally and professionally..aromatherapy and the study of plant medicine gave a hope that was different from anything I ever experienced. In that moment I knew I had to fully dive in. The thing that differentiates me is that I never cut a single corner in delivering the highest grade, organic and sustainable essential oils and terpenes to my customers. In the last few yearsI have partnered with the premier research labs in the space to guarantee the highest quality and efficacy available.

The greatest lesson I could share is that in the midst of the chaos find ways to quiet the mind and there is always a solution inside you. You hold all the answers you need.

My desire is that the world feels how much love and intention I pour into everything that I share. That is my contribution.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
These are some of my go to spots:

Encinitas; dtla; temezcal canyon
Shoe surgeon studio
Sherbinskis dispensary
Gelato festival tour

I wouldn’t over plan the days as it’s fun to allow room for spontaneity!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
For me it all started in my grandmother’s garden and kitchen. She gave me inspiration, love and understanding. I will always be grateful for those early years. Along my journey, there are been some exceptional people that I received nuggets of wisdom from, however it’s all come down to an unwavering perseverance that helped me travel from the most discouraging moments to the ones that remind me it’s all worth it. Although I don’t focus on one modality of elevated thinking, it’s worth noting that studying Abraham Hicks and Voltaire has assisted me tremendously as well.
