Hi Xiaoheng, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?

Our business is dedicated to making a positive social impact by addressing critical needs within underserved communities. We focus on developing solutions that bridge gaps in essential services, particularly in healthcare and disaster relief, where vulnerable populations are often overlooked. Through our projects like MediConnect, we improve access to healthcare for rural communities, ensuring timely medicine delivery and better coordination of resources.

Additionally, we collaborate with NGOs, humanitarian organizations, and local leaders to address social issues, from disaster preparedness to supporting marginalized groups. Our approach combines human-centered design with technological innovation to create products that not only solve problems but also empower communities, enhance well-being, and ultimately contribute to a more equitable world. By prioritizing social impact in our business model, we aim to create lasting change and inspire others to do the same.

What should our readers know about your business?
Our business is driven by a passion for creating impactful solutions that address real-world problems, particularly in underserved communities. What sets us apart is our unique blend of human-centered design and cutting-edge technology, which allows us to develop products that are not only innovative but also deeply meaningful.

One of the projects we’re most proud of is MediConnect, an award-winning app that bridges critical healthcare gaps in rural areas. MediConnect is a testament to our commitment to social impact, combining aesthetic appeal with technical innovation to ensure timely medicine delivery and improved volunteer coordination. This project embodies our core values of designing products that make a positive difference in people’s lives.

Getting to where we are today has been a journey filled with both challenges and triumphs. It wasn’t always easy—especially when dealing with the evolving nature of our projects, coordinating efforts across different time zones, and navigating the technical complexities of our designs. However, our team’s dedication, adaptability, and collaborative spirit helped us overcome these hurdles. We worked closely with experts like our Spatial Data Scientist, Haoyun, to ensure that our designs were both feasible and impactful.

One of the biggest lessons we’ve learned along the way is the importance of balancing creativity with technical understanding. As designers, it’s crucial to not only focus on the aesthetic and user experience aspects but also to ensure that our designs can be implemented effectively using the latest technologies.

What I want the world to know about our brand is that we are committed to making a positive social impact through our work. Our story is one of perseverance, innovation, and a deep-rooted desire to improve the lives of those who are often overlooked. We believe that design has the power to change the world, and we are dedicated to creating products that do just that.

Ultimately, our goal is to inspire others to look beyond traditional boundaries and explore how design can be used to address social issues, empower communities, and create a better future for all.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
After the successful launch of our product, we decided to celebrate by visiting Griffith Observatory. We had a fantastic time exploring the exhibits, taking in the stunning views of Los Angeles, and enjoying some stargazing. Since we’re all big fans of La La Land, we also took the opportunity to visit a few iconic filming locations from the movie, making the experience even more memorable.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I’d like to give a special shoutout to Yuxiang, Yicheng, and Haoyun, whose expertise and dedication have been crucial to our success.

Yuxiang and Yicheng, as our talented UX/UI designers, have consistently pushed the boundaries of creativity, ensuring that our designs are not only visually appealing but also highly functional and user-centered. Their ability to translate complex ideas into intuitive user experiences has been a game-changer for our projects.

Haoyun, our brilliant data scientist, has been the backbone of our technical innovation. His work in integrating advanced technologies like GIS and real-time data analytics has elevated our solutions, particularly in optimizing delivery routes and matching resources efficiently. Haoyun’s insights have ensured that our designs are not only aesthetically pleasing but also technically feasible and impactful.

Together, Yuxiang, Yicheng, and Haoyun have exemplified the power of collaboration in creating products that truly make a difference. I’m deeply grateful for their contributions and proud to work alongside such a dedicated and talented team.
