Meet Zach Kahn | Security Director and Owner

We had the good fortune of connecting with Zach Kahn and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Zach, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
Part of our company’s social impact is our dedication to assisting protected groups, religious centers, charities, and families. Giving them the peace of mind they need. Over the past 15 years we have focused on providing protection to special groups such as LQBTQ organizations, business leaders, and special events throughout California. Some companies may call this security or close protection, we often refer to it as: Cultural Protection. We have been honored to participate in noteworthy causes and events. This year we completed jobs with the NAACP, Aids Foundation of San Francisco, and Project Angel Food.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
To become a preferred company and professional in L.A. is never easy, to build a company from scratch; also not easy. But one of our key fundamental beliefs is that this business is not about us. It is about delivering true hospitality and peace of mind to our Clients. “Service is black and white; hospitality is color,” is from the book Unreasonable Hospitality, Will Guidara. One of the primary lessons we learned from working in high-end hospitality, and that real hospitality has no end. We are here to deliver an experience, not just a service. When you deliver a memorable experience, guests and clients will never forget that level of dedication.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
1. Downtown Los Angeles – Olvera Street, Grand Central Market, Phillipe’s Original
2. Santa Monica – Ocean Ave and California Incline
3. Malibu – Piuma Rd. and The Reel Inn Restaurant
4. Sawtelle Japan Town and Will Rogers Park
5. Hollywood Blvd. and Griffith Park

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
A huge shout out to CEO Richard Ayoub of Project Angel Food Organization. Richard is an amazing CEO and business leader in Los Angeles. The impact of Project Angel Food and what it has done for the community and people all over the world is truly amazing. When we were asked to be the security leadership for this organization we were honored. Richard has always believed in what we do and has supported us through every red carpet, fundraiser, and private even
