This book really helped me see that the best habit you can have as a creative is a routine that works for you. For me, sleep is crucial. Rest, iced coffee, and hiking in the Santa Monica mountains – thats where my success comes from. Many of my best ideas come while I’m out walking with iced coffee in hand, out on a mountain ridge top overlooking the sea.
