The most important factor behind my success has been my ability to release the parts of my business that aren’t working. I mentally burn my entire business down every few weeks, and when I’m really ready to give it all up, I go through my Checklist of Rational Thinking: 1. I text my bestie and tell her what I’m up to so she can talk me off the ledge (or just sit next to me for awhile) 2. I write down at least 10 “wins” from my business that I can think of, whether it’s getting a new email subscriber, signing a client, or watching a client succeed. 3.
