We had the good fortune of connecting with Terajee Warren and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Terajee, how do you think about risk?
Risk was the changing factor for me an my team to get were we are now!!! I don’t think if we didn’t take the risk of even coming to California we wouldn’t be having this interview!!! Risk helped mode an create growth for us!!!

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
BASA Studios is more than merch!! We are more of a culture. From the music, merch, land development adventure, etc. we strive to keep growing outside the box!! Our team is what I’m most proud of; just seeing an living the journey with them going through the up’s and down’s an taking those lessons along the way to grow from personal an business wise.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
We would have to start it off with a trip to the beach (Dockweiler) to the fire pits to cookout an vibe, then with headed to Eysian Park hopefully during a dodgers game to take in the tailgate experience an views of the game an city from the hill top, catch a bite at “J BBQ” korean bbq stop in Ktown. Next would have to be a trip to hike an camp in Angeles Crest an end the trip out to Jousha tree.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
