We had the good fortune of connecting with Raquel Veisaga and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Raquel, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
At first, I didn’t realize I was starting a business – friends, acquaintances, and eventually strangers kept coming back to my studio, Body Rituals, but not just for the yoga and fitness courses. They really wanted to talk to me and hear the insights I had. I found myself giving advice that profoundly changed and improved peoples’ lives. Today, I call them healings or soul alignments, and up until now I have helped with thousands of them.

My ultimate goal is to raise the Schumann scale, or the Earth’s heartbeat, to its highest point.

What should our readers know about your business?
I really pride myself and my business on its inclusion. I want all humans to be able to heal, grow and slay so I have structured my teachings to be for everyone – no matter where they are in life.

There was a point when I realized that the advice I had been giving and the way I had been giving it – the insights that had helped people so much and were so fundamental to their peace and happiness – was not taught or given anywhere else. Even the highest tiers of motivational speakers and life coaches left out crucial insights that I have come to integrate into my teachings. I knew I had to make this healing more accessible to the world. I created and began hosting group events called the Peace & Happiness workshop as an introduction to the realm of self help, introspection, emotional intelligence, and empowerment. It is a one day event that really helps attendees understand and open up to life and their own power in how they live their lives.

When the pandemic hit last year, I decided to expand my work even further by creating the V-Saga Mighty Network which hosts all of my live group courses, workshops, video courses and connects all V-Saga members to one another. I decided to record videos of my teachings so that people can work on themselves from home, at their own pace and at an affordable price! I had always known that the best coaching was extremely expensive and not widely available. Most people can’t afford to attend a Tony Robbins workshop or may not live in a country that would even host a coaching seminar. The V-Saga Mighty Network was the best way to spread V-Saga to people across the globe and provide whole well being.

I am currently working on the Spanish translations of my work and I am hosting Spanish workshops in different cities in Southern California. One day, we will have V-Saga Coaching & Courses in every language and all over the world!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would take advantage of the eclectic people and activities around Los Angeles! There are so many different yoga studios around with their own vibe. I would sign us up for as many free or low-cost intro classes possible.

I would also definitely take them to Olympic Spa, and they must get naked! It is a bathhouse where women bathe and relax nude. While it is a bit shocking for someone outside of that culture, it is an amazing bonding activity and refreshingly freeing!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would love to dedicate my shoutout to the book Breaking The Habit of Being Yourself: How to Lose Your Mind and Create a New One by Dr. Joe Dispenza. I read it over and over and have all my yoga instructors read it as well.

Theta healing is also very near and dear to my soul. It was my introduction to healing, self love and it literally saved my life!
