Far beyond being a verse in the bible I took it for it’s literal meaning and applied it to life. I grew up shy and reserved, but I knew i had big dreams. I recited this every day to lessen my fear of asking for things, because the worse you can get was a “No” but at least you asked. I sought and looked for my opportunities, i was persistent. When i looked for a job in Spanish entertainment i knocked on that door and when they shut it on me I’d find a way to climb in through the window.
