Hi William, what matters most to you?
I value honesty the most because I practice it throughout every aspect of my life. Especially my business life. I feel that its very important to remain honest with anyone that you encounter no matter what the circumstance is. Sometimes that person might feel a certain way towards the truth itself but nevertheless a persons honesty will overshadow that circumstance and propel the relationship.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Heart of a Lion is a management company that professionally manages and represents various clients in the music and acting world. Whats different about my company is that it organically ensures the success of its clients through an all hands on approach that spans from development to consultation. Ive personally ensured the company’s success of today by making calculated honest decisions. Sometimes making these decisions were tough and game changing but however I knew it was for the better and longevity of the company. Since bringing this company into the entertainment world, there were challenges that arose that making a mistake could have effected the purity and core principles of the company. Moreover within this acute decision making I’ve had the pleasure of learning several lessons in trust, reliability, and onboarding leading to exploitation of the company and resources available. One major take I want the world to know about Heart of a Lion is that this company is built off honestly, loyalty, and achievement. Effectively being successful in the entertainment world the right way.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Venice Beach, Griffith Observatory, The Grove, Maggianos Little Italy, and Merkato’s Ethiopian restaurant.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to personally give shoutouts to several people. First and foremost my parents for instilling into me determination and a consistent drive to succeed in anything I wanted to do in life. It was because of them that I never stopped believing in myself and aspirations. I also wanted to shoutout my personal friend circle for supporting and encouraging that the sky is the limit in everything I do. Last but not least I wanted to also say a sincere personal thanks to the artists I work with for trusting the overall process and withering the storm so far. Also wanted to say thanks for teaching me as well because although Im in this position, I never want to start learning new ideas. This business is about learning from each other and thank you to those that remained honest and truthful with no bad intentions thus far.
