We had the good fortune of connecting with Jada Lyshe and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jada, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Building a business and being a business owner takes time and a lot of patience. I wanted to become my own boss which prompted me to become a business owner. I feel it is really important to have multiple streams of Income and that’s my goal in life.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
A nice fun weekend would consist of a bit of site seeing, starting with the banks and going to a few bars. I would stop by a black owned bar in Clifton called Fantasy Drink Lounge where we could hang out, drink and eat.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to give a huge shout out to my family. From the moment I began my business they have been my biggest supporters. My brother, Kamaron Lyshe, owner of Kam’s Cam Photography, has helped me with photoshoots and product photos. This year I began hosting my own pop up shop events and they were all willing to be staff and assist with my event. I am forever grateful for them.
