We had the good fortune of connecting with Liana Grigoryan and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Liana, what is the most important factor behind your success?
For me, the 4 pillars of my success are: 1. Belief in myself – I don’t pay attention to what other people say. God gives you your unique imagination. Only you have that vision, so you shouldn’t be distracted by other people’s opinions.
2: Hustling every day. As the saying goes, “Hard work always pays off”.
3: Being consistent – No matter if I’m feeling lazy or unmotivated, I still get up and get the work done.
4: I never give up.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Whoever knows me, knows my story and what I went through to get to where I am. The path wasn’t easy but I was determined to put the work in to create a beautiful life for myself. It is something that I am very proud of. I never take “NO” for an answer. No challenge is too great to overcome.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I want to shout out my family. There’s nothing more heavenly than family love, and I’m blessed to have so much of it! If I had the choice, I would choose them in every life. They are my biggest support in all that I do. 

The support of my devoted family is more precious than all the gold in the world. Just knowing my family is there for me gives me the foundation I need to work harder and get to a better place in my life.
