We had the good fortune of connecting with Hanieh Sigari and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Hanieh, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I’ve been interested in entrepreneurship since I was a child. My mom was a social worker in Iran, and she taught war widows how to gain independence through learning new skills and starting their own business. I was so inspired by the change she brought to those women’s lives. Then when we emigrated to America, my belief in entrepreneurship was reinforced by the vision of the American Dream. I knew I wanted to found my own company and experience that freedom for myself. So I did!

My first company was a home healthcare provider. I wanted to help people to age better and to live independently for longer. Sadly, however, by the time my clients came to me they were already suffering from irreversible decline. Work became a daily struggle with insurance companies to get my clients the care and attention they needed and I realized I needed to change my focus.

I sold the company to concentrate on a logistics business I co-founded with my husband and others. That company quickly grew to a multi-million-dollar, international enterprise, but it didn’t fulfill my greater ambitions to help and empower others.

In founding Qyral, I was determined to create a business that helped its customers to age well with confidence, and provide women with a path to financial freedom through entrepreneurship. Qyral is the culmination of all my dreams and ambitions, and my goal is to create 1,000 millionaires from the women who join me on this incredible journey.

What should our readers know about your business?
Our goal is to help people “Age Well With Confidence.” Whatever your skin complaints, however difficult they’ve been to manage, we believe that personalization is the answer to skincare regimens that really work—and the science backs us up.

Qyral pairs customers with board-certified dermatologists so every customer gets a professional assessment of their skin’s conditions and needs, and then our compounding pharmacy produces prescription-grade skincare creams and biocompatible customized serums and lotions. By taking a holistic approach, both to our customers’ skin and their skincare products, everything works together to produce the results people want to see. Using this revolutionary approach, we can address a wide range of skincare complaints, from acne and rosacea to psoriasis and premature aging.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I love the energy of LA. How dynamic and eclectic the people are. The city has its own vibe, it marches to the beat of its own drum. And, being an east-coast girl, I do enjoy the weather and the beaches!
