We had the good fortune of connecting with Qui Talks and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Qui, what led you to pursuing a creative path professionally?
I pursued a career in the arts because I never had any interest in sitting behind a desk all day or becoming a doctor. For as long as I can remember, I’ve always been drawn to creative pursuits like fashion, media, and marketing. I find immense joy in expressing myself through these mediums and bringing my ideas to life.

But it’s not just a matter of preference. I believe that pursuing a career in the arts is essential for my personal growth and fulfillment. When I create something, whether it’s creating a show, interviewing a guest, or even putting on an event, I feel like I’m tapping into a part of myself that I don’t get to access in other areas of my life. It’s a way for me to connect with my innermost thoughts and feelings and to explore the world around me in a way that feels authentic and meaningful.

Of course, pursuing a creative career comes with its own set of challenges. It’s not always easy to make a living as an artist, and there are times when I feel discouraged or uncertain about my path. But ultimately, I know that I wouldn’t be happy doing anything else. I’m willing to work hard and take risks in order to pursue my passion and create something that speaks to others.

In short, I pursued a career in the arts because it allows me to do something that I love and that I feel is essential to my personal growth and fulfillment. While it may not be the most traditional or practical path, it’s one that I believe is worth pursuing.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
As a media personality and event marketer, I believe that what sets me apart is my relentless drive to create unique and unforgettable experiences. Throughout my career, I have worked tirelessly day and night for 10 years, even during times when I took breaks from the world, to create shows and events that are truly one-of-a-kind.

One of the things that excite me most about the future of Qui Talks with the adventure of diving deeper and learning about the 16 career clusters and exploring all fashion weeks. This is a huge opportunity for me to continue to grow and evolve as a professional, and I am eager to see where this journey takes me.

Of course, the road to where I am now has not been easy. I took a huge risk by moving to California without any friends or family and not knowing anyone. But through hard work and perseverance, I have been able to build a thriving brand and a successful career in event marketing.

Through my experiences, I have learned many important lessons about humility, the value of constantly learning, and how to organize my thoughts and ideas in a way that allows me to distribute them to larger staff groups. These lessons have been essential to my growth as a professional and have allowed me to take on even bigger and more ambitious projects.

Ultimately, what I want the world to know about my brand is that Qui Talks is your media personality for all things fashion, entertainment, and lifestyle. Whether we’re covering fashion week or exploring the 16 career clusters, we are dedicated to creating experiences that are truly unforgettable. And for event marketing, keep an eye out for MeleGrand & Co. Inc, your experiential marketing agency. We are here to help you create the ultimate event that will leave a lasting impression on your guests.
