We had the good fortune of connecting with Kj Manuel and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kj, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The important factor behind my success is really staying true to me. I’m all about taking care of your mental and creating peace and happiness and I believe that really helps my brand as well. What you see is what you get.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
What sets me apart from others is my drive. You know a lot of people that have been in my life ask me what keeps me going and it’s literally my drive. The want for something better than what I had. You know? Out of everything I’ve accomplished so far the thing I’m most proud of is my podcast “The Kj Manny Podcast”. The fact that I get to sit and talk with others about just our mental is dear to my heart. Getting to where I’m at right now took a lot of tears. A lot of no’s. A lot of poverty and no it wasn’t easy trying to keep an act up for others. It was very hard, but I wouldn’t be where I’m at today if I didn’t allow life to just happen. I’ve learned to just let go and let God. One thing that is the most important thing I’ve learned? Accept no before you accept yes. What you should know about KjKonfidential the Brand LLC? We really do believe in nothing but peace, blessings and love and honestly should be what others lead with.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Mmm that’s an interesting question only because I’m still getting to know the city. Unfortunately, work kept me busy when I first got here….I’m not sure what my excuse is now. But some key food spots? Long Beach has the best tacos! Want a good hike? Let’s go to Runyon Canyon. Or you wanna just dance? Well, it’s time to hit up Trunks in WEHO. Or you just wanna site see? Let’s go to the Pacific Palasides

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Everyone that has helped me along the way. This journey has been long and hard and there’s been so many who saw “IT” for me even when I didn’t see it for myself. Wish I could go down the list, but I mean cmon we are talking about years. I want to thank everyone to include the ones that are no longer in my life whether they have passed or we just decided to part ways. Thank you.
