Hi Myron, what habits do you feel helped you succeed?
I firmly believe that self discipline is one of my habits that has definitely helped me succeed. It has enabled me to become more consistent with my efficency and execution. Self discipline has also assisted me with me creating the structured environment I needed in order to achieve a level of success. I would say another habit that I feel helped me succeed would be time management. By organizing and managing my time, I’ve maximized my time. This is important in today’s world where so many things are coming at you at once. By managing my time I have been able to organize chaos at times, if you will.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am a realtor that is affiliated with Keller Williams – Beverly Hills. I specialize in real estate sales in the Greater Los Angeles area. I have a passion for helping people reach their real estate goals. I have been within and around the industry for fifteen years. I feel that what sets me apart from others is my superior level of service, my proven leadership abilities, my entrepreneurial experience, my problem-solving skills, and my emotional intelligence. One of the things I am most proud about in my profession is the opportunity that it presents for me to positively affect the lives of others. Whether a client is looking to generate wealth, provide shelter for their family, or make a desired profit, I know that I am instrumental in helping them improve their quality of life, The quality of life that we have and the lifestyle that we live has such a huge impact on us as individuals, as families, as well as communities. This gives my real estate business more depth because I know that what I do has such a positive effect on society as a whole.

Working within the real estate industry is not always easy. Your success in this business can be tied to so many external factors such as the economy, politics, world events etc. These external factors can be tough to navigate through at times. I’ve learned that you must remain resilient in this industry. You must be up for the challenges that will be presented. This requires you to consistently educate yourself, equip yourself and believe in yourself. You must continuously remember what your ultimate goals are, and why you have those goals. Reminding myself of why I got into this business allows me to get back on track during the tough times, I keep myself aligned with my vision which helps keep me motivated to improve my life, the lives of my family, and the lives of others, My real estate services are designed to educate, protect, and guide my clients towards making sound real estate decisions. My main objective is to be of assistance to all of my clients.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.

I want to shoutout my mother Margo Johnson and my wife Tieisha LaFayette -Johnson. These two women have provided me with so much that has helped me to succeed. From their time, love, support, genorosity and understanding. My mom and my wife have been vital components to my success.
