Meet Rachel Loren | Feminine Energy & Magnetism Coach

We had the good fortune of connecting with Rachel Loren and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Rachel, what role has risk played in your life or career?
In life, we often find ourselves entangled in the safety net of our comfort zones— reluctant to take risks and venture into the unknown.
However, I’m a firm believer that growth, transformation, and our dream lives lie beyond the familiar, outside of our comfort zone. If you desire something you currently do not have, you need to do something that you’ve never done.
Of course, there are risks associated with leaving our comfort zone, and that can feel jarring for some. But stepping outside our comfort zones can lead to new opportunities, personal development, and a sense of empowerment and trust within ourselves.
You may think that the fear of stepping outside of our comfort zone is an inherent part of being human— however, I’m here to tell you that the little voice in your head replaying all the scary “what-ifs,” is actually your ego talking.
Our ego is a protective mechanism that has evolved over time to safeguard us from potential harm. However, it can also hold us back from realizing our dreams and aspirations. There’s nothing wrong with living an ordinary life, maintained in your comfort zone by your ego— but if this is the only voice you listen to, you could be sabotaging your own success, health, and happiness.
Don’t worry, I’m not here to tell you to “kill off your ego”. I used to listen to my ego too! I would prioritize what my ego thought was important, rather than what actually fulfilled my soul and made me feel ALIVE! I was experiencing a lack of satisfaction and fulfillment, constant anxiety, overwhelm, and fear of being rejected.
Eventually, I told myself, “Rach, your excuses are boring!”
It’s in our best interest to train our brains to combat the stories our ego tells. You can start by reassuring your ego that there is no danger in achieving all you want to do and have.
“What if I fail?” turns into “What if I succeed beyond my wildest exceptions?”
“What if people don’t agree with what I’m doing?” turns into “What if my message helps just one person?”
“What if friends or family members judge me?” turns into “Others’ opinions do not dictate who I am.”
Understanding the root causes of WHY our ego tells us such stories is crucial for helping to conquer it.
The first cause of our ego stories is the fear of the unknown.
Human beings are creatures of habit, and we tend to feel comfortable in familiar environments. The fear of risk often stems from the concern of being judged, criticized, or rejected by others. It can create self-doubt and prevent us from taking the necessary steps toward growth and success. Stepping into the unknown can also trigger anxiety, as it introduces uncertainty and challenges our sense of control.
Overcoming the fear of the unknown starts with identifying and challenging the negative beliefs that contribute to your fear of risk. Replace them with positive affirmations that reinforce your ability to handle challenges and learn from experiences, regardless of the outcome. Try telling yourself, “It is safe for me to try something new,” or “It is okay if I fail because I will learn valuable lessons along the way.”
Instead of viewing risks as threats, reframe them as opportunities for growth.
The second cause of fear comes from experiencing a lack of trust in ourselves.
Whatever story our ego tells us that keeps us from taking a risk, is NOT always true. In fact, most of the time it’s a big ole’ fat excuse! And you know who doesn’t have time for excuses? Your higher-level self! Your ideal way of living, your dream job, dream house, dream car, dream style, dream life, dream version of you, does not have the capacity for excuses, because they are too busy acting like the person they want to become.
How you bridge the gap between your current self and your highest level self, is by keeping the promises you make to yourself. For example, if you tell yourself you’re going to the gym 3 times this week, you better get your booty to the gym 3 times! If you tell yourself you’re going to take a night in to rest, you better put your phone on “do not disturb” and fill your evening with your favorite ways to decompress. Whatever you tell yourself you’re going to do, have the integrity and self-respect to actually do it! (Quick side note: this is probably the one and only instance where I’m going to tell you to be somewhat realistic about the promises you make to yourself. For example, don’t tell yourself you’re going to stop eating processed sugars if your birthday is around the corner and your friends are all chipping in to get you a delicious cake.) The goal here is not to restrict yourself into ONLY behaving in ways that your highest level self would— (that’s going to take some time), but by keeping the small, little promises we make to ourselves, we are retraining our brain to trust ourselves. In doing so, our ego will feel more comfortable when it comes to taking risks and making changes that support the next-level version of ourselves. It allows you to build confidence gradually. I recommend you start with low-stakes situations and gradually work your way up to more significant challenges. And most importantly, celebrate even the most minor victories to boost your self-esteem!
Lastly, our ego becomes fearful of past experiences
Previous negative experiences or traumas can create fear around risk because there is a level of unknown and vulnerability that you must face. These past experiences may have left scars that continue to influence our decision-making process. It’s okay to acknowledge it, however, it becomes a problem when we let past experiences dictate our future outcomes.
My favorite way to overcome this type of fear is to surround myself with a supportive network of like-minded individuals who encourage and inspire me. Let’s face it… we might not have the best examples of success in our own circle. Even well-meaning family members can be a source of negativity because they’ve not experienced all the magic that we are looking to achieve. I encourage you to engage in conversations with people who have successfully overcome their fear of risk. Their stories can serve as a source of motivation and guidance.
I want to leave the readers with a little quote on my vision board. It reads: “Don’t fear failure. Fear being in the exact same place next year as you are today.”
I love that quote because it serves as a reminder that staying the same is also a risk.
Regardless of what we do, (or don’t do), there is always risk associated with it.
So feel the fear, and take the risk anyway!
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I’m Rachel, a Feminine Energy and Magnetism life coach, and founder of Dangerously Divine. Dangerously Divine was born out of the sheet AW I was in when I started channeling my Feminine Energy. It felt magical, and almost DANGEROUS… how easily I was able to call in miracles into my everyday life.
To me, being your Dangerously Divine self is a choice made every day.
It’s the confidence in which you carry yourself, both when you’re alone and around other people.
It’s the worthy investments you make to better your own life.
It’s your standard of excellence, and not putting up with bullshit from anyone.
It’s your vibration, frequency, and positive expectancy.
The rules of being Dangerously Divine (as I call it) are pretty simple.
You decide that you’re absurdly rich, both in experience and monetarily. You decide to become a beaming light of positivity, no matter what situation you’re in. You decide who and what is worthy of your time, energy, and resources. You decide when it’s time to upgrade your life and vibrate higher. The Universe can’t help but provide all the things that align with your NEW higher-level self! Dream jobs, cars, apartments, and relationships, are all only the beginning of the things I’ve magnetized. Even more important than material things, I’ve up-leveled the trust I hold in myself.
It is my mission to help women who want to up-level their self-esteem and self-confidence and really tap into their feminine energy.
I know what a difference it made in my own life and I want the same for you by giving you the right tools and support. We embrace things like Positivity, Cleansing, Deep Healing, Femininity, Learning, Generational Wealth Building, Self Care, Spirituality, Therapy, Meditation, Natural Healing, and Mental & Emotional Health. I use tools such as Reiki, Feminine Energy Dynamics, Mindset Reprogramming, the Law of Attraction, Feminine Embodiment, Intuitive Guidance, and more!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Shoutout to Cassidy Davis for having me at my first in-person event at the Los Angeles Caotic Singles party. As a primarily online business, it was very different for me to do mini in-person coaching sessions, but it’s an opportunity I’m incredibly grateful for! It was spectacular to meet so many women and men that want to heal their relationship with themselves, and dating in general, to attract their dream partner!
