We had the good fortune of connecting with Artina Moore and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Artina, do you have some perspective or insight you can share with us on the question of when someone should give up versus when they should keep going?

I always believe that all things are possible on this journey called life. I was not placed on this earth to quit, even when the going gets tough. I alway say, as long as the blood is still running warm in your veins and the breath of life is in your body, that is the sign to keep going.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.

I am an author and motivational speaker by passion and purpose. I currently have two self help journals available on amazon and a few more exciting projects on the way. I have always had love for helping others. I am a believer in the fact that we all go through trials and tribulations on this journey, and there is always someone who can benefit from hearing my story. I am most proud of my authenticity because it can help others to heal. It has not always been easy- however, I learned over the years that my healing and elevation is connected to serving others. I want the world to know that as I continue to rise I will lift others.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Since it is summer time I would take them to Liberty Point in Philadelphia PA. It is currently Philadelphia’s newest riverfront attraction with multiple bars, live music entertainment and delectable food. It is always a great vibe. One of my favorite places to hang out.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?

I give a shoutout to my family. I don’t know where I would be without their love, prayers and support. Especially my daughter Daija Moore-Evans, she has motivated and encouraged me through some very recent highs and lows.
