We had the good fortune of connecting with Texas Tre Williams and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Texas, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important thing behind the success of inspiring Lives Inc is that we have a team of servant leaders that believes in impacting the lives of others.
We are a family organization that provides resources to families and youth from housing, food distributions, disaster reliefs, job placement programs, educational resources, youth development and more.
What should our readers know about your business?
I’m also a Property Management Director and in this gratifying role I’ve been fulfilled by creating a company culture of servanthood for team members that can have an appreciation for assisting families with a place to call home.
In my 19 years of industry experience, creating a company culture of serving, operating business portfolio’s and developing professionals are the highlights of my career.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would first suggest coming out to one of our community events to see what people coming together and serving others looks like in a mass scale at Paul Quinn College.
Next, I would suggest going to beautiful Downtown Dallas or Carrollton, Texas for many events weekly events and then catching a Dallas Mavericks or Dallas Cowboys game.
In regards to food, there’s a great food culture but Sweet Georgia Brown’s Soulfood comes to mind.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Secondly, I’m thankful for my wife Tameka Williams and our sons Tavionn Williams and Tre Williams Jr. who continuously serves our community as well.
Lastly, our Executive Director Ms. Phylis Stromile and the numerous other organizations that join us in our vision of being the change in the lives of families such as:
Resile One Foundation, Souful lady Gang, Ms. Karen’s Community Closet, Castle Hills ER, Metrocrest Services, Paul Quinn College, CFBISD, Carolyn Benevides, Bebbian Seiler, Hilltop Tutors, Beauty of All Races Academy, Raising Canes, Judge Mike Jones. Constable Eddie Brown and many more.
