Experiences For Her is more than just an event hosting platform; it’s a dynamic community dedicated to empowering women in business and transforming the event industry. What truly sets us apart is our commitment to fostering inclusivity, empowerment, and collaboration. Experiences For Her stands out because we go beyond traditional event hosting. We’ve created a vibrant community where women entrepreneurs can connect, collaborate, and support each other. What excites us most is our commitment to diversity and inclusivity. Experiences For Her amplifies the voices of women from various backgrounds, industries, and experiences. We’re proud to provide a stage for women-owned businesses and ensure hidden gems are highlighted.

The journey hasn’t been easy, but I believe I have been prepared for this moment. As I immersed myself into the world of event hosting, I noticed two challenges from both organizers and attendees. For those organizing events, I saw the difficulty of filling seats with the right people and how the lack of sales support affected the amount of people that were able to convert into offers and programs at a live event. From the attendee perspective, their overall experience was on the decline and many people were investing money into events that did not hold up to the transformation that was marketed.

Launching Experiences For Her was born out of a genuine desire to provide a solution for both event hosts and attendees. Our platform was strategically designed with their needs in mind. We recognized that a key factor in event success was not just the number of attendees but having the right audience—individuals who were not only present but ready, willing, and able to invest in transformative experiences. Through our application process, events are vetted to ensure that the most high quality and impactful events are posted so our community members can get the most out of their experience.

Undoubtedly, one of the most challenging aspects of this journey has been navigating an industry that was entirely new to me. Stepping into uncharted territory required a steep learning curve. I had to introduce myself, build connections, and gain insights from those who were already leading in the industry.

Some of the lessons that I have learned along the way is that community and connection is what ultimately leads to conversion. If you focus on adding value to those around you and building genuine connections and relationships your business will grow, as long as you are consistently selling. I have also learned over the years how beneficial networking is, I have even been coined The Connection Queen by my peers, however networking has became a lifeline, connecting me with brilliant minds and industry leaders who have shared their insights and experiences.

Doing something that hasn’t already been done isn’t easy, but I am so excited to see how Experiences For Her will continue to impact women in business.

I want to shout out Jalynn Jones, it wasn’t until her mentorship that I fully understood the thought, strategy and time that goes into putting on a successful event. Thank you for showcasing excellence, because of you, it’s the standard.
