Hi Randy, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Dedication, Artistic change, brainstorming, ability to have a change of mindset on the dime, staying positive, and just plain having fun!!!

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
The.story. Not only is my career a career but a way of life. Treat people the way you want to be treated, what cones around goes around. I go the extra mile, i take care of my people. I do my job as if it was for myself. But having a great attitude, looking positive and just plain having fun!! They say if u love what u do u won’t work a day in your life. Your gonna work lol but ya gotta have fun. Setting goals and sticking with them. Become a netter person and communicate is key in life as a person, employee, boss, or human. We all have choices no matter what the circumstances and that is the push forward, move ahead even when it’s down in the dumps

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Hollywood, burbank!!!! Some of my fav spots grab a dessert at castaways with an over look of the city, if u love bread to eat. Old WB spot the smokehouse with some jazz. Always buy a loaf of bread from. Breadness. Hit the baked potato for some big name up close performers! Take a studio tour at Universal and grab an air b an b!!!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
To say the least shout outs to so many people it’s not even funny. It’s the people u surround yourself with that can make or break u in any time in your life. Randall Tobin would be my shout out for this particular edit. Me and Randy, or Randy and Randy lol go back some 20 years. We started making music together a few decades ago. As of today still the best of friends. Iron sharpens iron iron is the best way to put it. One day I was searching for a sound engineer. But not just any engineer. I guy who could, mix, play, produce, and had his own place. After using every place in Hollywood it’s cold metal and costly run I was done. I was doing security one day reading a newspaper that said needs and wants. I thought what is this. I opened ot up and thus guys name Randy jumped off the page in 3D. Not only was it my name as well. I thought wow I’m gonna call this guy. He Said I could come down and check his place out BOOM match made in heaven. Not only can the guy take out of my Brain what I hear buy it sounds excally like what it sounds like with out him knowing. Shortly I was then painting his house. These days I might be found helping him get his new breadness buzz ready!!! Needless to say. I run and own my own painting contracting bizz, a production company, and a security buzz. All three runs circles into each other and each have dozens of jobs in each category. I’m never board and always have a new and different job that needs professional skill and open to learning at a curve ball to make that bank account bigger!!!
