Meet Lynette Toma | Owner at Pure Sound Bath

We had the good fortune of connecting with Lynette Toma and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Lynette, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind my success is building community. Not just building community within my studio but also connecting to near by businesses and local business owners. I pride myself on the the numbers connections I’ve made with women’s business groups, local animal adoptions, cancer support organizations, school, libraries, farmers markets and all the amazing regulars that come in and enjoy my sound baths.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Pure Sound Bath is a boutique sound healing studio located in Redondo Beach. I offer private and group sound baths. I’m most proud of the beautiful healing space I’ve created and sharing it with so many people. I believed in myself and my talent to help heal others. There were some challenges to over come but I’m so grateful to be surrounded by so many amazing people who lift me up and help me keep going. My number one lesson I’ve learned is to be patient and trust that everything will work out! I want the world to know that Pure Sound Bath is my greatest creation of my self expression in my life.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Some of my favorite spots in town are Racer Tea, a local hangout with specially crafted tea creations. M’Pressions is my favorite gift shop in the Riveria. Vida is the best place in town for tacos. My favorite coffee is Hifi. The best vegan food is the Green Temple.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My shoutout goes to my Mom! She is my number one supporter and cheerleader!! Thank you Mom! I love you so much! I’m also so very grateful for my amazing community here in Redondo Beach!!
