Meet Alexis Frank | Transformation Coach & Business Strategist for Eldest Daughters

We had the good fortune of connecting with Alexis Frank and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Alexis, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I always craved freedom beyond what a corporate job could give me. I didn’t like the idea of having to explain myself to a boss or constantly having to justify my decisions.
Additionally, I never found my true calling within a corporate environment. As a generalist and Human Design Projector, I’m meant to guide people in many different ways and the corporate world has not yet scratched surface of the impact of employees like me. So I left.
I also knew that I had been giving dope advice my whole life and following my natural strength is what drove my ultimate decision to start my own business.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My business is rooted in the belief that at anytime we can choose to challenge the status quo and break out of the walls that society tries to put us in.
We are so much more than the labels society has placed on us.
I’m most proud of my signature program “Ruthless Pursuit of Self” which helps eldest daughters release the life they are living out of obligation and pursue their dreams without guilt or fear of failure.
This program helps these women heal at a cellular level and uses their newfound power to strategize how to create more money and wealth for themselves and the results are phenomenal. The women I get to help are incredible and I am honored to be able to guide them.
It tool me awhile to get here though. I started off with just business strategy. I struggled with a niche and I felt a lot of resistance towards being my true self in my marketing. So almost two years into my business, I’m just now seeing how amazing it is to shed societal expectations of what an entrepreneur/eldest daughter should be and I get to basque in the glory of making money and impacting lives in a way that feels unique and easy for me.
The number 1 lesson I learned is :the gurus don’t know everything. This is your life. You can do whatever you want to be happy. You don’t have to listen to everything the “experts” say in order to have a successful business or an abundant life.
The most important thing people need to know about me is that I am you. There is almost no trial or setback I haven’t faced and it’s this relatability and vulnerability that welcomes people into my world. I don’t gatekeep. I don’t shy away from the truth and the pain that is my life story and I do that so that at least 1 more woman can feel safe in her skin and living in her truth.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
When my best friends visited the area last year we went to Disneyland for two days because we have kids and that’s the obvious choice. Its also so much fun for adults.
We saw multiple superblooms, SeaWorld and a bunch of cute little tea and donut shops scattered around Riverside and San Diego county.
So many people making their dreams come true in their small businesses that I love to show my support for.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to shout out every other eldest daughter out there who doesn’t feel seen or heard in her struggle to reclaim her identity. I want her to know she isn’t alone and that healing from her trauma is possible and that she can do it with community.
