Hi Aubrianna, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
I’m all about helping women in the world of entrepreneurship. It’s frustrating to see how the business landscape often sidelines emotions, intuition, and gut instincts, favoring a rigidly strategic approach. This leaves a lot of women feeling like outsiders in the business world. Create invisible barriers they face when getting started where they often feel intimidated or like they have to hide parts of themselves. And I am deeply committed to showing them another way and offering them support through the process.

I’m a firm believer that success in business comes from blending emotional intelligence and intuition with traditional strategies. That’s where the magic happens. And I want to show women what’s possible when they embrace what “typical” business advice tells them doesn’t belong in business i.e. their emotions, feelings, and intuition.

To create a space where women can trust their instincts, dream big, and achieve real success. I’m all about empowering women to tap into their inner wisdom and watch their profits skyrocket.

I don’t just talk the talk; I walk the walk. I help women harness their innate strengths and build thriving online businesses using organic marketing and straightforward systems, and showing them the systems to keep it running.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What sets me apart is my unique approach to business—an integration of mindset, energetics, intuition, strategy, and systems. I believe in creating a holistic and human-focused environment that empowers entrepreneurs to thrive authentically.

As a queer woman who’s built two successful six-figure businesses and recently just opened a third digital marketing agency with my partner, I bring a unique perspective to the table.

While many coaches focus solely on mindset or strategy, I combine both, drawing from my diverse background in corporate sales, marketing, and P.R. and my lived experience as an entrepreneur. As well as a B.A. in P.R. + marketing to bridge the gap between traditional and social media marketing is just another tool in my belt.

My corporate background in sales, marketing, and P.R. initially propelled me forward, but I knew deep down that the corporate world wasn’t where I belonged. Despite being a top performer, the stress and hustle were taking a toll on my well-being. It took a series of panic attacks and physical illness for me to realize that I needed a change.

So, I took a leap of faith and focused solely on my intuitive development and healing/coaching business(This was my first business). While I loved the work, I felt something was missing. My lifelong passion for entrepreneurship and my ambitious nature wasn’t being honored.

The light bulb moment came when former students began seeking business consulting from me. That’s when I realized I could merge my two worlds—intuition and strategy. I made the bold decision to shut down my previous business and start afresh.

That was when my Soulful business coaching and strategy business was born!

Starting from scratch wasn’t easy. I juggled various gig jobs to make ends meet, from being a promo girl at Costco to driving for Uber and DoorDash. But I knew I was on the right path.

Over the next year, I was on a journey of inner work, confronting my emotions and limiting beliefs around money, sales, and visibility. I grew up in an abusive and often unstable home and around addiction- I realized how much that affected what I thought was and wasn’t possible for me.

As I worked through these challenges, my business began to thrive. I’ll never forget the moment someone signed a $2500 contract with me—it was a turning point that fueled my confidence and growth.

Since then, I’ve been fully committed to helping women unlock their potential and grow their businesses. With a blend of organic marketing, energetic practices, mindset work, and streamlined systems, I’ve scaled my business to over $250k annually and never take it for granted that I get to do this work. It is a privilege. But the most fulfilling aspect is watching others do what feels tru to themselves and get paid generously for it.

I have helped so many women leave their 9-5 and I cannot explain that feeling.

My story is one of resilience, perseverance, and the power of trusting your instincts. I want the world to know that success isn’t just about strategy—it’s about aligning with your purpose, harnessing your intuition, and taking bold action.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
As a native Angeleno, if you’re planning a visit, I’d love to show you around on a food tour! Here are some must-visit spots: King Taco in East LA for amazing tacos and sopes, The Kettle in Manhattan Beach for the french onion soup, and don’t miss Phoenix Food Boutique for their amazing coconut drink! And, of course, we’ll hit the beach—I prefer Manhattan Beach for its relaxed vibe. We can also take a scenic drive through Palos Verdes for breathtaking views.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to give a big shoutout to the awesome people and resources that have been a huge help on my journey! Huge thanks to my business besties who’ve always had my back.

First, big love to Crystal Holmes, who’s been cheering me on for over 25 years as we share in the entrepreneurial journey. She has helped me believe in myself and continue when I hit bumps in the road.

Then there’s Angela Sauceda, my creative rock, who’s helped shape my ideas and been there when I needed support.

Last but not least my partner Erica Lopez, she has pulled me out of the spiral of wanting to give up more times than I would like to admit and always offering her ideas, time, and support to help me continue to see my dreams build.
