Meet Philipp A. Schaedler | Luxury Real Estate Agent

We had the good fortune of connecting with Philipp A. Schaedler and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Philipp A., how do you think about risk?
Risk-taking is an integral part of life and career development. Personally, I view risk as an opportunity for growth and innovation rather than a deterrent.
I approach risk by weighing the potential benefits against the potential downsides. This involves thorough research, analysis, and consideration of various scenarios.
Risk-taking has also taught me valuable lessons, even in situations where outcomes were less favorable. Failures or setbacks serve as learning experiences, providing insights that inform future decisions and actions. Embracing failure as a natural part of the risk-taking process has enabled me to bounce back stronger and more resilient.
Overall, while risk-taking involves inherent uncertainties, I believe that calculated risks, coupled with resilience and adaptability, are essential for growth and success. By embracing risk and viewing it as a catalyst for progress, I continue to push boundaries and achieve my goals.
Overall, one has to ask oneself this question: Which pain do you prefer? The pain of staying where you are or the pain of growth? Either one has to be chosen in my opinion. Unless of course you are totally content with where you are in life.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What sets my real estate business apart is our unwavering commitment to personalized service and attention to detail. We prioritize building genuine relationships with our clients, understanding their unique needs and goals, and tailoring our approach to exceed their expectations.
Getting to where I am today in the real estate business has been a journey filled with challenges, but also tremendous growth and fulfillment. It certainly hasn’t been easy. Like any entrepreneurial endeavor, there have been obstacles to overcome, from navigating market fluctuations to competing in a crowded industry.
However, I firmly believe that challenges are opportunities in disguise. Each obstacle has presented a chance to learn, adapt, and grow stronger. By staying resilient, maintaining a positive attitude. While the journey has been challenging at times, it has also been incredibly rewarding. I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished so far, and I’m excited about the opportunities that lie ahead as we continue to make a positive impact in the world of real estate.
By staying resilient, maintaining a positive mindset, and continually seeking opportunities for improvement, I’ve been able to overcome challenges and forge ahead on the path to success.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If a friend were to visit me in Los Angeles, I’d treat them to an unforgettable experience that captures the essence of this vibrant city and its surrounding wonders. We’d start our journey at Dekkadance, an exquisite restaurant located on the 68th floor of a downtown high-rise. Here, amidst breathtaking panoramic views of the sprawling cityscape, we’d indulge in an amazing Sunday Brunch Buffett, savoring delectable dishes.
We would also explore California beaches cruising through Malibu and the California coastline with its breathtaking views.
Also, not to forget the Los Angeles thriving art scene. We would be visiting the numerous art galleries and creative spaces that the city offers. Each time I visit an art gallery it ignites my imagination, and deepens my appreciation for arts.
But also outside of Los Angels we would take a 3 or 4 day trip to the enchanting oasis of Palm Springs. Nestled amidst the breathtaking landscapes of the California desert, Palm Springs beckons with its tranquil beauty and laid-back charm. Either laying by the pool side or walking one of the many hiking trails and enjoy the desert evenings with an outdoor dining experience. Regenerate with a visit to Palm Springs or Palm Desert.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
As I always say: ‘Success has many fathers.’ If it would not be for my amazing mentor, Sandy Holguin, who is also a California state Real Estate Broker and who no doubt is one of the best in the real estate business.
I have had the great pleasure to draw from her 35 plus years in the industry, guiding me only with the best methods and strictest adherence to real estate rules and regulations of doing real estate.
Further more, my real estate coach, Bryan Casella, has added huge value to my profession as a luxury real estate agent. Particularly when it comes to real estate, it is all about building and maintaining relationships and running your real estate business with a systematic approach. And always, put the client needs and interest first. Only if you have your clients best interest at heart, will you have long time success in this industry.
